Likes

I like the Campus and environment of the college which is calm trees surrounding the buliding
The student community is vast and students have come from various regions and speak different languages. It is a opportunity to Learn various cultures.
The facilities of the college is good like the MOOT court, Library, ground and auditorium , seminar hall

Dislikes

The Rules of the college is very strict and it is difficult for students to Get used to . It is like a school than college.
The college doesn't give any importance to students career or their queries . College supreess students voice.
The college gives punishment for almost everything and makes exploits money from students and they don't care about students career they just want money and for that they can totally spoil students career for money.

Placement Experience:

Placements are okay not so good because of the field as Law doesn't have much placements because it is only given in corporate sector and other things people only have to get employment like for Self employment.

Likes

College has turf courts for football, basketball courts as well
Dedicated sports rooms are there and health room as well

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is as per the University guidelines and as per the Bar Council guidelines.the internal exams ate not mich difficult whereas the rnd semester exams conducted by kslu can be difficult for some

Likes

Teaching and Faculty are professional and are highly trained.
College infrastructure is very nice, they have put efforts into making it a better place for students.
Professionalism is maintained, however it can get a bit too strict sometimes.

Dislikes

Honestly there is Nothing much in this regard
Its a school, its pretty strict in every basis. It makes sense that the college wants to uphold the professionalism and bud upcoming lawyers, but it can get very stressful and strict at times.

Placement Experience:

The first batch of the college passed out last year. So the placement aspects are limited. However the Placement Committee at CAIL is trying their best to make sure that the upcoming batches dont have to face such issues. I think by the time i am in the final year we will have pretty good companies and firms at the placements.

Likes

Merit students get 25% of fees back with certificate and medal
Internships opportunities and campaings for everyone to do social work and serve people
Cultural fest yearly for enjoyment and relaxation

Dislikes

Remedials for small things like for talking in class,not doings lectures,etc.
Charging fees for attendance shortage even in medical issues also
Not allowing into classroom if we're late for 1min also without understanding the issues of getting late

Placement Experience:

Yet there is only 5-6 placements yet. But we got internships in NGO's and court to get better knowledge and practice. Students who scored 65 to 70 plus will count prior for the placements opportunity.. My plan after this is to study LLM and go for the corporate lawyer.

Likes

The gender equality which is strictly followed in all the aspects like cultural ,academics as well as in sports we have been the kslu winners in most of the sports
They teach us how to multi task by pushing us into the deadline submissions of assignments as we will have any cultural programs at the same time
The interaction between juniors and seniors as well as teachers and students are very strong which actually the reason why this is a successful institution

Dislikes

Vagueness in announcements which will lead us to failing in attaining certain criterias
They ask us to write remedials for silly reasons
Missing of opportunity in sports for girls like kabbadi

Placement Experience:

Placements in a college I critical as we have internships in each semester and we will get certificates we also have added subjects into we can develop knowledge in the subject in school there for students here too no more companies SPR into this internship we get lotto real life experience rather than only being with Ben and people actually as we all know Sudeesh there are no restrictions for us to be placed under elite institutions which are based on legal studies

Likes

Moot court would be done every semester which would be helpful for our daily practice
There would dialectic on subjects which would help students grip on that subject
Apart from this we do have national law fest every year people come from all around

Dislikes

Nothing much to tell about this college regarding

Placement Experience:

The placements in our college we have placements committee and placement officer who would look into in our 8th sem we have to send our resume the would cross check and let us know if there is any changes and they would send it to the company interview would be done as if now in our pervious batch out 80 there 48 somewhere who got short listed

Likes

It is a very good college. Every student get good placement well reputed and renowned companies, curriculum was excellent . College provide us intership for better future and experience. We have faculties ,who are very educated.
And the next thing is that it helps us to be a person full of ethics and moral value
It also outreaches many experts to give us the subject related knowledge.

Dislikes

Actually there's nothing about disliking the college.
But the remedial punishment which they give should be in control
Because even though student is correct, they won't listen about him or her

This is the good concept, actually I was from a science stream. But I developed interest in Law in my second year. There I wanted to be a lawyer as it is a vast and practical subject!! So I fell law as my career option

Navigating the College Experience: Insights and Reflections

The campus environment is so good , the classrooms , basketball courts & football courts are really appreciable
The faculties are having great experience & free with students
The college provide a systematic approach of teaching

Dislikes

The campus is located in a village and area , outskirts of the city
Campus is really good but the locality is not safe

The curriculum is perfectly molded for a law student, it covers all legal aspects & the modern laws and knowledge about law. The syllabus is completed on time. The exams are perfectly set up & difficulty level is medium for a law student.

Placement Experience:

You also have scholarships option like if you score more than 80% you get a free college fee for next year and if you get 75% above below 80% then you get 50% free fee and if you get above 70% then 25% free fee and difference if you are sc/st.

Remarks:

Semi Government College, that is affiliated to Karnataka state law university. And it provides a good faculty of teachers and help us to learn. It has good infrastructure and facilities in hostel and college campuses.
