life at Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal

Likes

our college offers excellent campus and infrastructure. the pyramid shaped library is the heart of jlu and provides a wide range of books on various genres. the lush green campus provides peace and serenity away from the hustle and bustle of thcity.
the university has a number of clubs and societies which stay active throughout the year and provide a number of opportunities to participate in various events and competitions. namely, drama club, music club, community service club, literary club.
being a law student, the university allows you to participate in various moot court competitions and debates and help building real-life skills. additionally, the college helps providing internships in corporate firms as well as district court.

Dislikes

the faculty could have been more engaging. even though the classes are regularly conducted, the professors aren't the best.
the university doesn't guarantee placements, especially for law students as the university is recently established and still has to build a solid reputation.
the exorbitant fee can't be afforded by everyone and the return on investment isn't as expected.

Placement Experience:

as far as the placements are concerned, no student can fully rely on the college as law isn't a placement oriented field in the first place. most students here prepare for judiciary or upsc after graduation and some go for further studies and doing masters in their desired area of interest. however, the college does try it's best to help students land into various internships throughout the year. ultimately, it depends upon how hard working and ambitious the individual is. the college has tie ups with a few prestigious companies like wipro, infosys etc

Placement Experience:

Placements in law are a bit tough as in many students go for professional personal litigation and some go for civil jobs! Whoever are leftout go for the placement for corporate sector and further placement rate and packages are good at jlu

Placement Experience:

Very less people get placed to be more precise the top 5 students get placed in a batch of 60 only tier 3 firms come and still people can't get placed.
