The faculty at our College were undoubtedly experts in their fields, and their dedication to teaching was evident. They employed a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, and their mentorship went beyond the classroom. However, there were instances where more consistent feedback and guidance could have enhanced the learning experience further. Teacher also guides us what should be do after our course and suggest extra books to gain knowledge. Teachers are very cooperative and calm with their students. Teacher behaviour is just like friends and they help in whole academic year in every stag.

Yeah absolutely our classes starts at 9:30 am till 4:00 pm in which the recess time or interval is between 12:30-1:00 pm. First lecture is from 9:30-10:30 and than we have the lab for two hours and after that three lectures from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm.

The tentative number of lectures was 2240 for the complete course. The average age of our faculty teachers were 45 yrs and mostly were M.Pharma aur PH.D. Graduates. The Pharmaceutical Chemistry teacher has industry experience and he is a certified manufacturing Chemist.

The faculty at Rajiv Academy For Pharmacy is Good To Excellent. There are Postgraduate teachers with experience of about four to five years. As well as Ph.D. Holders teachers also. The Director sir of our college is a Ph.D. Holder in pharmaceutical chemistry.
