I was always keen in the subject Business Studies from class XI onwards,so i searched and i came to know that if,I wanted to further carry my studies considering Business Studies as my core field of study,there is a course called B.B.A.for which i can opt further as my graduation course.From the first day,my parents don't wanted me to send very far away from my home town which is Dhanbad,Jharkhand for studies,but also there was no force for me to opt for any particular course,as well.And,after knowing that I wanted to pursue B.B.A as my graduation course and for that i will never be allowed to choose a college which was very far away from my home town,I was given an option for Ranchi or Kolkata.Where, both being almost at the same distance,I had chosen Kolkata.And,then after my boards exam I started searching for every college in Kolkata having course of B.B.A and there,I found that J.D. Birla Institute was ranking first for pursuing B.B.A in the Eastern Region of India.I also querried from many people about this college,and all of them said that yes,I should get admission in that college.It is a very good college.

The college infrastructure is good . The then director of the college Mr.Mukherjee is a very inspiring personality and when he used to give a special lecture , everyone would listen to him with concentration . The other faculty is not good . They do not teach in an interactive manner . The lectures were very boring . There were no industry visits . They promised internship and placement but they never gave any which is a huge disappointment and it had a major negative impact in my professional life .

It's the best college for persuing this course. I.e. BBA, nice faculty, many co curricular activities along with importance given to studies. the environment is just like school and it's great to study here

Afternoon timings, best BBA institute in Kolkata, location, air conditioned classrooms, affiliated under Jadavpur University, availability of lift in college, convenience and availability of proper transport, good eateries near college.

The college helps its students grow and be capable enough to face the world. It helps build quantities like leadership, planning, organization, communication, sportsmanship, etc.

I certain did not just apply for this college or intitution but also for St.Xavier's college, St.Xaviers university and for amity university as well. Among these i had to sit for an entrance examination for xavier's college and xavier's university while on the other hand i had to appear for a direct interview for JD BIRLA and Amity University adter my name got shortlisted. After my interview and proper research i came to a conclusion that JD Birla is the best institute for BBA in kolkata. They have excellent faculty, facilities, the activities you get to be a part of here is amazing. So soon my name got short listed on the first merit list and we had to pay the admission fee within 48hrs. So thats how i chose it to be the college where i belonged.

The college is good but one needs to look into the expense part if that is affordable to the students or not. It will definitely help you improve your personality and get a lot of contacts. The teachers are all also good

The college timing is appropriate for students who want to do something in the morning. The college starts from 12:45 and ends by 5:45 which gives students ample time to work or do other things except the course.

Overall, college is really amazing. There's a lot to learn, and experience and enjoy. Faculty, facilities like sports, library, lab, canteen, medical, teachers, events, etc are all nice. It's a very good college.

I think our college provides with overall best experience to a student from academic to sports and extra curriculum.The fees is a bit expensive but it is covered up by the facilities it provides to its students
