- The seniors who really welcomed us on our very first day and make it a memorable one for us
- The best part was sports activity where the students like us used to showcase their talent and area of interest.
- The faculty members were really approachable.
Dislikes
- As I was enrolled in salt lake campus where the college didn’t have proper infrastructure.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The aspects of the curriculum which really influenced my decision was building the foundation of accounting to holding expertise, which was aligned with my goal of studying CA. The curriculum used to be upto date which give us a real time exposure. The exam used to take place in every 3 months.

- UCC is the government commerce college of Kolkata and fees is almost eliminated here.
- Even after low fees studies and faculties quality has not been compromised.
- Placements have been around 30-40k range so far and around half the batch is placed every session.
Dislikes
- I wish more area is alloted to the college as it's as tiny as a rabbit.
Placement Experience:
At our college placements are good as for government college to have placements is an achievement. ITC and EY and some banks as well we have everything or rather every sector covered because account's jobs are industry proof.

- Even though ours is a three tier college, we still have placements of note from our college.
- Merit is quite high as cut-offs go upto 86% for B.Com (Hons).
- Studies are top notch here as our syllabus is of Calcutta University.
Dislikes
- Campus as one gate and one building is all we have in the name of the campus.
Placement Experience:
Infosys, EY, Deloitte and PWC to name a few as accounts jobs are there in any industry. ITC and HUL as well came for placements and on and average B.Com (Hons) students are offered jobs worth 30-40,000 a year.

- Very friendly teachers and staff as well as students union

- College Timings and the college stairs .
Placement Experience:
The college provide good placement to the students. The college also offers intership to the students. The college has collaborated with many mnc companies ( multi national companies) and the intership provide ground teaching of students.

- Faculty are very knowledgeable and quite decent, and always ready to love ourselves.
- There are two campus, you can go both the campus.

- Examination is passed, so you have to work hard to pass the exam.
- There is no any club, so you have to Is too work on yourself to a skill for placement oriented.

For frankly speaking,
placement opportunities is not up to mark very less company come to our college so with that those who have an need of a placement, I think you should apply for any other college.

- Fees is quite decent even for middle class family
- Main campus only boys but they said they are going to make it co ed this year
Dislikes
- Teaching language - many teachers teach in Bengali language which is hard for many students to understand
- The washroom is horrible it should be improved

I choose bcom because I want to countinue in finance department and as long as I see college is teaching decently but till now there is nothing been taught which we can apply in real world, till now it's just bookish knowledge but I hope they will teach something out of the book in near future, and the teaching language should be english or Hindi because bengali is not understandable to many students

- Teachers explains concept in 3-4 ways and they are very kind, understanding , friendly which I like most
- College conducts many sports activites, seminar, webinars too
- Debates competition , Quiz competition in different colleges are conducted here
Dislikes
- 1st campus infrastructure is very good but 2nd campus building looks like a haunted place with only one floor which I don't like.
Placement Experience:
Yes, College provide placements but maximum are outside kolkata. College provides councellor for resume making and interview preparation. Also, college provide link and list of companies hiring freshers graduate with satisfactory salary.

- I like my collage because of peace and I feel very calm when I go to collage
- The faculties are awesome they are very cooperative and even they help students in every situation
- The collage organise many extra activities like sports indoor games as well as inter semester competition
Placement Experience:
Collage offers placement to those students who are genuine to their studies. Some big firms came for placements and now a days collage starts aaa internship program which helps the youth to employment.

- Has a big computer lab where we practice our computer subject in the course
- Has a big Library which contains lot of books
Dislikes
- Canteen is always closed and also little bit dirty
- Bench are very small and uncomfortable.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Bcom is the course for those who loves accounting and commercial related stuff. I mean this course is for those who really want to be in commerce field in future. It has subjects like accountancy, costing, economic etc.

- Every year they had a event where every year students meets and enjoy
- Studies are so good, professor prepares students so good before exam
Dislikes
- Most of the time college gets closed due to other exams
- Campus is not so big which doesn't looks good
- There is no lift only way to go up is using stairs
Course Curriculum Overview:
In terms of accounts and finance if you are looking one of this in future then you should go for this and you need to add some extra skills so you get high paying jobs in future
Yhe frequency and timing of exam depends on the subjects some of them are of 2hours and some of them are of 3 hours
