OUR NURSING COLLEGE

The professor of mbbs teaches us so its good thing,there is lab where we practice our patients care.
We do hospital duty so we can interact with patient
Women safety is good in our college,a lot of place has camera,and the security is available all the time

Dislikes

I am muslim girl but they don't allow me to do hijab
There is lot of pressure in assignment ,role play
We have stand up for 5 hours during clinical time and itr hurts our leg a lot

Admission:

I choose only this college because it is close from my house.Our course has not that much holiday,i can go home Saturday Sunday that why i choose this college People who will crack jenpas exam ,they can admission here by counselling,cut off nearly 45

The study environment. It's academically really good. The professors have expertise in their field. And academics is given utmost priority in this institute.
As it is a medical college, patient load is really important to learn the clinical skills well. In this regard there's more than enough patient load. It's common to see crowds of patients outside the hospital at anytime.
The college canteen and hostel is really good. There are 3-4 canteen in the clg and all of thenm serve really tasty food at affordable prices. The hostel college provides is also really good and most importantly with a monthly fees of ₹19 it's best.

Dislikes

There no. of events taking place is not much. Most of the programs are arranged by the student body. The college administration only conducts a few events each year. This is a thing the college can improve on.
The college washrooms are not at all good. They are really dirty.

Admission:

We get admission in the medical colleges through neet counselling where you neet rank matters. So I was alloted this college according to my rank. And I'm really happy with it. Our college takes admission through NEET - UG examination like all other medical colleges in India. The cutoff for NEET varies from state to state and from category. But you need really good marks to get selected in any medical college through NEET. My admission experience was really nice. My admission was done in a day after I got allotment from counselling.

Teachers are very approachable and friendly.
Very good patient exposure which makes clinical study very enriching
Campus is nice and airy and food is okay that is you can have it

Dislikes

The hostel gym is not maintained properly
The hostel and campus is not cleaned regularly
The patients and patient party is not educated so sometimes some unwanted situation arises

Admission:

I applied for the medical colleges in Kolkata and also medinipur, kalyani, and bardhaman medical colleges. I got Murshidabad Medical College based on my rank in Neet Ug exam which is held for admission to medical colleges every year. The college verifies your original documents and you should score atleast 60 percentage in board exams. I got rejected from medical colleges in Kolkata because my score was not upto the mark for those colleges.

Education, teaching, and related activities
FACILITIES LIKE LIBRARY, HOSTEL, CANTEEN.
Plenty of patient variety for better clinical exposure

Dislikes

Distant from kolkata, hence missed out a few opportunities.
Work load during internship is too much, no time to sleep propelry during the heavy subjects.

Admission:

I also applied for the medical colleges in kolkata like MCK, SSKM, NRS, RGK, CNMC. But as we know, neet demands rank, and my rank was not enough to fetch me a college in kolkata. But over time, I came over it, and now I'm happy to be a part of MSD-MCH. The admssion process is simple, you get an allotment through the online portal. After that you need to go to the college for admssion woth required documents like: Allotment letter, neet admit and rank card, birth proof, ID proof, 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, 12th pass certificate, photos, amd definitely photo copies of all the docs. The exact docs required will be given in the WBMCC portal. For fee payment, there are options like: DEMAND DRAFT, CHEQUE, ETC(Every year the rules change so go through the portal). Life in a Medical College

Likes

The campus is comparatively small to other but very beautiful. There are facilities for most of the sports commonly played in India like football, cricket, volleyball.
The college is located right beside the Behrampore Court Railway station. The connectivity with the Metro city of Kolkata is rather very convenient for this reason. Travel is not a big issue since it's connected either via Trains or Regular Buses.
The Area around the college is pretty developed considering it to be a peripheral college. One would find anything they need be it for the reason of studies or hobbies.

Dislikes

Excessive vegetation around the campus makes it a Adobe of snakes at times. They are often seen during summers.
Lack of enough hostel rooms is a major problem as many had to stay in PGs during early months.
Murshidabad is known for its extreme temperatures so heatwaves during the summers is a big problem.

Admission:

NEET is the only way to get seat in government medical colleges either via All India Quota or State quota. At the year 2020 the cutoff was about 580 through State quota for General but with increasing competition the bar has also raised I think. Admission is rather smooth if you follow the Proforma released to bring the required documents. There's a bond of 1 lakh which one would need to pay if he/she decides to give up his seat after admission.

Admission:

In Order to earn a Diploma in Optometry ,Candidates must have completed a senior higher Secondary school education (10+2) in a science stream by recognized board/council /University . In this Course candidates entrance exam is conducted for Diploma in Optometry /Bachelor of Optometry are CUET , TJEE ,KCET etc In west bengal this is course conducted by paramedical Course.Application date is conducted by after Neet examination ,Application is 700 hundred etc . There are many benefits of optometry,this degree program can get a job in the health care industry or hospital ,a diploma graduate can earn an annual in india average 4lakhs to 5 lakhs .

Campus is student friendly. All time availability of food

Dislikes

Too much close to the market area. There is no security in the hostel

Admission:

Have to pass neet ug. You have to pass a cut-off of the state. There are separate seats for all of India and the state. All India 15% and state 85% seats. The admission fee is the minimum for govt seats. The hostel fee is 12 per month. You have to bear your food expenses on your own.

The college campus is beautiful and classroom is also good.
Canteen food and water facility is amazing.
The behaviour of our teacher is amazing and friendly.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not good as well as.
The class shedule is not good in our college.
Outside of our college campus is not safe.

Admission:

Eligibility of the course is 12th pass on the science stream. I found this application form on an online website and the application fee is 500. No need for any reservation benefits. The admission process is very good.

The senior -Junior relationship is very good. The teachers are friendly and motivate, teaches the student well.
The fest is one of the best, the football, cricket grounds and facilities is very good and promotes well coordination between studies and sports
The batchmate relationship is also good and the library, class rooms are very good and well equipped with proper arrangements.

Dislikes

The time for each semester is very less. The huge syllabus is a headache to all the students

Admission:

The Admission process was long but not complex. It includes document verification of class 10, and 12 mark sheet, NEET Result, NEET admit card and admission receipt generated by wbmcc as well as the state quota, bond and medical certificate generated by a registered practitioner. I got admitted into Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital in the year 2021. My score to get into the college is 580 (GEN)and I got it in the 1st round itself.

Admission:

The admission process was the entrance exam, NEET. basically, after the 10+2 exam, a candidate will eligible for the NEET exam to get admission in the field of modern medicine and surgery. It was a very tough exam. Recently, the competition for this exam increasing gradually. the Cut off value increases like touching the moon in the sky. Basically, the application form is available online but the candidates should cross the 60% mark for physics, chemistry, biology, and English in their 10+2 board exam. The application form fees 1500. It is a huge burden for an ordinary man. It usually occurs at the end of the session of higher secondary. The reservation benefit is available for sc, st, and obc candidates. The reservation should be withdrawn because most meritorious UR students can't get a chance in medical college.
