The college has a total of 480 students and 40 faculty members, maintaining a faculty-to-student ratio of 1:125. Faculty members are highly qualified, with most holding Doctorate degrees and having a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience. They are dedicated to teaching and providing hands-on experience despite their busy schedules as doctors. Each department has about 3-4 professors, supported by assistant professors and postgraduate trainees. The faculty is reportedly helpful, approachable, and committed to student success, often going beyond scheduled lectures to ensure comprehensive learning.
The academic structure includes 9 semesters with regular tests, part completion tests, and four major professional exams, culminating in a university exam at the end of each year. Students are generally able to pass these exams with proper guidance, and those who excel may achieve honors or even top the college.
