Most of the time faculties don't come to college as their in a government job so they don't want to work much because of their privilegeas a government stuff and yes there are good teachers too they often instruct as in a good they advices and give us career direction not bad faculties but they are not much responsible

My college has many Assistant professors other than faculty members who has less experience. Assistant professors may havr compleyed Phd or currently pursuing Phd, so the content they deliver will also worth as Anna university. Since it is a government college, no staff will entertain liberal marking system. You will be given marks for what you have learned/written in internal examination.

The faculties are not that much expert in their subjects which they are handling. Students have to make extra effort to get good marks in their semesters. All faculties are appointed on contract basis and only few permanent staffs are appointed.

Sacrifice their time to guide you. Very professionals. Try to guide us with advanced and qualified materials which are available in markets and prescribed in syllabus also, and teach you in a friendly manner.

The faculty in the college is good and all the faculty give their best to the student faculty done thier work perfectly and they share all the drops and ups of the current affirs and they care on each and every single person.

Most of the faculty members completely have more depth of knowledge in their own subjects and all department heads are have completed PhD , all department have one head of the department and one dean for college.
