The college boasts a qualified and experienced faculty, with all members holding at least a master's degree and the majority possessing over 8 years of experience. Each department comprises 8-10 faculty members, maintaining an excellent faculty-to-student ratio of approximately 1 faculty per 25 students for clinical postings and practicals. Faculty members are described as talented, student-friendly, and always ready to assist students. Teaching methods include interactive lectures, practicals, and small group teachings for 10-30 students.
Senior faculty, including HODs, are noted for their expertise, while junior and senior residents actively engage in sharing updated knowledge in clinical subjects. The examination structure includes internal exams with first and second terminals comprising 100 marks each for theory and practicals, followed by a prelim exam aligned with university guidelines and a final exam conducted by MUHS.
