IMDR Pune Faculty

The college boasts a highly experienced faculty, with visiting faculty members having 15-20 years of industry experience and a strong focus on practical knowledge over theoretical. The faculty includes around 10 permanent PhD-qualified members and 7-8 guest lecturers, catering effectively to a batch of 120 students across three sections of 40 students each.

Daily classes consist of 3-4 lectures, each lasting 1-2 hours, with teaching enriched by real-world examples and case studies. Guest lectures from industry leaders such as CEOs further enhance student learning. Faculty members are known for being interactive, supportive, and well-versed in their specializations, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience. Exams are moderately challenging, with students able to achieve 50-60% by studying regularly and completing assignments.
