B.Tech Dairy Technology is course is related to dairy industry which gives knowledge about dairy food. Dairy Technology, Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Microbiology, Dairy Engineering these are main subjects and some management subjects also.
There are mainly 8-9 permanent faculty and other guest faculty. They are expert in their subjects. Mainly bio technology, microbiology, biochemistry, and related subjects lecturers available in college. They have good experience in their subjects. One lecture duration is one hour.
Our course is mainly divided into 5 departments and the HODs of 5 departments are our lecturers itself.In our college we have 5 permanent faculty and 15 guest faculty.The average age of faculties is around 40 - 45 years. For teaching, the faculty must be a B.Tech holder.
The faculties are well experienced, holding doctorate and post doctoral degrees having industrial experience of some years. The schedule of teaching is dependent on credit criterias and each subject holds credits for the week. We have permanent as well as guest faculties holding experience of 2-30 years.
30 lecturers in our course with average age of 35 and most of them M.tech and PhD in Food technology and dairy technology.They have brife knowledge about there subjects and helpful and kind of nature.Yes our lecturers hold industrial experience because most of them from same field.
There are 4 lectures in a day most of thé faculty are, so good thé course is divisés into four categories that are Dairy Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Technology, and Dairy engineering différent Teache's are there for différent différent subjects.
