My experience at my college has been overall positive and enriching since the college is exclusively for girls and not a co-educational institutiont
The girl to boy issues is hundred percent girls which creates a comfortable in supporting learning environment. This settings helps many student feel more confident in expressing themselves participating in academic discussion and taking leadership

Admission:

I choose Cha Raju College of applied science over other colleges applied science because it offered the best balance of academic relevant and structure, curriculum and career oriented exposes, specially for my choosing program electronics honours dude, my college, dude, I choose my college due to its applied science focus, well design, construct and emphasis on both theoretical clarity and practical learning. The faculty supportive. The curriculum is aligned with university standards and the college environment encourage discipline Academy consistency and skill development. All girls also provide a safe and confident learning space which helps participate actively in academics and Extra curricular activities by Maharaja Agrasen College as a discipline Academy environment. Its core structure was more traditional with limited focus on applied learning and spectacle exposure. The curriculum did not align as closely with my long-term goals in electronics and technical oriented field which made a secondary option for me. Venkateshwar College is repetitive and competitive with strong academics and infrastructure. However, due to high cut-off competition, I was unable to secure admission. This may have been due to Katta limitation or Meri or CUT score based selection criteria rather than a lack of interest.

My take on SRCASW

Likes

The infrastructure is quite good, it has 2 buildings, a big ground, plenty of greenery, well managed library, decent labs and spacious classrooms.
The teachers are pretty serious when it comes to academics, they make sure to compensate for the missed classes (although that rarely happens). They are also very helpful and friendly, and can be reached out to whenever needed.
Great teachers, good style of teaching, easily reachable, and active research mentors. They are well qualified and give quality education to the students with full dedication.

Dislikes

The washrooms are good for nothing, very dirty and broken.
The auditorium is big and pretty but they haven't got their license renewed so they never use it which is very unprofessional.
The campus life is very dull.Minimal exposure and opportunities.

Admission:

My first preference was Shaheed Sukhdev because it is the best known college for BMS course, considering the placements, exposure, reputation, etc. However I did not make it there, I couldn't clear the cutoff by a couple questions.The competition for this college is very severe. My second choice was the college I am currently in, Shaheed Rajguru and I got into it in the very first list of DU. I chose it because it has a great NIRF rank, is well known for its good faculty and academics, has a good reputation.It is an off campus girls college so it lacks exposure.I gave academics a higher preference and that's why I chose this one. My further choices were Keshav Mahavidyalaya, Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, and College of Vocational Studies but since I got my 2nd preference in the first list itself, I didnt have to choose between them. They too are very good college for the same course. Talking about the exam process now, We had to sit for CUET UG. BMS at Delhi University particularly requires 3 subjects, English, General Test and Maths. The combined score of these 3 is then considered during the merit lists. You are also alloted course-wise ranks during the result process of CUET. My score was 500 for this and the cutoff for Shaheed Sukhdev was 550. The admission process was easy and there were around 3-4 merit lists released in total, plus a spot round.

Know the truth of an off campus college in Delhi University

Likes

Library is really very good, we can find so many books there, different authors and it’s really big including E-library.
Gym which is having AC is also good, you can seat there anything and enjoy playing chess
There are labs where you can do your work anytime if you don’t have a laptop

Dislikes

I’m having a subject Python and teacher over there don’t do python practically but instead concentrate on theory like book reading. Subject like Python should not be taught like that
It’s being 3-4 months not received I’d card, the college is really very slow, less placement like about 30% only
Washroom are the worst, Indian toilets and water from tap do not even come. Sanitary pad machine seems like don’t work at all and washroom are so dirty always black.

Admission:

I wanted Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies. It's every commerce student dream, best for placement and very reputed but unfortunately due to CUET scores got this one which is having only 30% placement and average package is 3.5 LPA

Life of a SRCASW student

Likes

The environment is quite positive and peaceful.
The food available at the canteen is veg and at very affordable prices.
The faculty is understanding and friendly.

I like actually I love the peaceful environment of our campus
The teachers of our faculty are so helping
The seniors are also very thoughtful and of helping nature

Dislikes

The network issue of canteen because canteen is on ground floor.
Also there are no network in the ground . You can't even do online payment
The canteen is not so clean as it should be that is kinda disgusting

Infrastructure of rhe college is very good like labs, library, computer centres they help us to enhance our learning
My college give us opportunity to all the student to part the extracurricular activities that's help to build confidence, communication skills, strength . My college provide many technical fest like TRAP and cultural event so student active all fest
Also societies conduct seminar like PRATIKSHA statistics department organize workshop, seminar, magazine publication that student engage and also this college have very good environment for the student

Dislikes

The canteen and the garden of the college is not clean .Canteen and garden environment is not very good its so unhygienic
This college is so strict for the attendance policy , attendance affect our internal marks and eligibility of exam that gives stress for students
The placement opportunity is very less is could be better for the student

Admission:

I choose this course because this course is very demanding and this course is very helpful for our day to day life. Statistics course help us to work on a huge data and think practical in our life. My college is du college so thia admission process is given to CUET exam according to the marks of this exam. I got this college for second round. In DU statistics course college is very less only 10 college have statistics course. Also this course cutoff is very high like 700

Because this is girls college and only this girl college have biomedical course. I listed it in my 1st priority and i get it in 1st counselling.And i am happy that i get this college. Because college is focused on every curriculum

I like that the college is womens college so it is safe for girls and supporting girls to bright in future
The way of teaching of our professors . The professors are with much knowledge and supportive.
Infrastructure is best there are labs present in each department and machines and instruments available is of good quality

Dislikes

Washroom is not as cleaned as our home so it is unsafe . It can cause many diseases
Sports team is not so active that's why sports things and playground are not well maintained
Water supply is not good . There is salty water coming in washrooms

Admission:

Firstly the college is womens college. Secondly due to its NIRF ranking. Third is its faculty . Fourth is infrastructure. Fifth is lab facilities. Sixth is they organises hand on session time to time and workshops

Our college is women's college only . So there will be no boys .
Sol students come in our college on Saturday and Sundays and male sol students are allowed.
Infrastructure is great . Classes are always clean .

Dislikes

Fest season is not good as much other DU colleges.
Washroom cleanliness is missing and it's very important for hygiene purpose.
Canteen is not so good. Maintenance is absent there.

I chose this college over Deen Dayal Upadhyay college Delhi University which I got in first round for bcom hons. I chose this college because I wanted to opt fir BMS over Bcom hons as BMS is one of the professional course. Also DDUC is much more expensive than Srcasw .
