There's 365 days of compulsory internship to be done based on curriculum to get the degree certificate. No stipend is allocated.
They teach hand in hand experience in every department and also 2months of allopathy training
So a rotatory intership is provided by dividing into different phases.
Rural service in rural hospitals for 3months
And for 2months intership in different departments by coverin covering each dept.
Good practical exposure is provided.
Students are assigned to different departments with time period of 2 months to learn about that department and subject. They are made to switch department once 2 months are over.
Students are assigned to different clinics around the Koppa town for 2 months to learn from allopathy physicians too.
Students are assigned with panchakarma therapy duties morning and evening according to their patients needs. Procedures are done by them.
Students in internship are not paid in any kind or manner. They travel on their own to clinics and Ayurvedic centers to learn.
After final year internship is compulsory for 1 year.
Internship will provide us practical knowledge. Internship is allotted in different hospitals around our campus. Even they allot us for small clinics in the town.
There is stipend. Internship is done in our college hospital. Within one year we have to complete internship in different sectors and is one more branch of our hospital in a village the shifts will change but 6 months compulsory internship in our college itself
Since our college is based on ayurvedic course the internship is present here. Where good number of patient visit with lot of curiosity to practice the ayurvedic anatomy with all the dissections is the body. etc
