The Review

Likes

The structure of the college is very nice.
The class rooms are big and clean with well equipped fans and AC.
The professors are the best with a clean knowledge to understand the student

Dislikes

Class room placement,our class room is in the 4 th floor

Actually I wanted to study engineering from the start.And I was looking for a college with best preparation and placement.In this college they will will train us the best way to crack any interview for the placement.

I didn't disliked any of the thing in my college
Everything's 10 of 10 just follow their rules

Placement Experience:

Placements start from 7th semester or if uu have good knowledge in programming languages u can avail it from 2 year itself if u master any programming language, 200++ companies have visited this college including multinational or international, 99% placement guarantee is there

Have good friends and college is also nice
It’s in jungle and classrooms r good and clean
Placement facilities not for all but ya it’s there

Dislikes

Fees is too much unnecessary opening of branches
Making more money building more buildings is all they r doing
They r mainly focused on making money than giving proper education

Placement Experience:

I have no idea abo it placement in our clg as per seniors more than 50% are not placed the ones who have 9 cgpa r struggling to get placed so pplz who wants placement should know coding and all so that u get placed

The campus is close to the environment .
Away from the city and quiet so there is less pollution

Dislikes

The placements are a bit low this year but it's the same case every where
Need to upgrade the mechanical labs with better pc

Placement Experience:

The placements are okayish . But in recent times it had dropped. But this is not unique to nitte and is the same everywhere. The electronics department actually has good placements . Some people sit for placements and some do higher studies .

Unveiling campus life

As i stay in hostel , hostel is very good and there’s no ragging in hostel very one are friendly and the warden is also friendly.

Dislikes

I don’t like the attendance part in college as we need to have 85% attendance.
And full day classes till 4:30 sometimes and our hostel in-time 7pm.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i choose is robotics and artificial intelligence it was a new branch when i joined and i wanted to learn something new from other branches. The curriculum prepares us very well for real world applications they train us with various robotics projects which helps us in future academics. The areas for improvements is that they should have kept more ai related subjects too as it is new branch they should keep more faculties with experience.

Mechanical is really good.

Likes

The big campus and the facilities provided for the students through clubs.
The students come from different places so it builds strong connectivity.
The faculties are good qualified and are very friendly.

Dislikes

The 85% attendance which is mandatory to all.

Placement Experience:

The placement is really good especially for the core companies here.There are many companies here and most of them pick for the core branch people and many of them get placement and the one who doesn't get placement means he is not eligible for it.

Life at NMAMIT Nitte is like a home away from home

Likes

College infrastructure, faculties the level of education and many more. College provide excellent placement opportunities
College has wonderful campus which is more important for a student
College conducts a national level techno cultural fest called INCRIDEA which is just amazing

Dislikes

Nothing as such, hostel food could be improved

Placement Experience:

Internship from first year itself but placement from 4th year, as of i remember companies visited are HPE, Oracle, Sony India, akamai technologies, D E shaw, Nutanix etc many companies visited and mang offers were made. Highest package was for DE shaw 5200000, average is around 8-10 lpa percentage of student getting placement is more than 70, my plan is to get a job in a good company

College life at NITTE.

Likes

I really like the canteen food, its really very nice and hygenic.You get all kind of food.
Infrasturture of the college is very good, we have all the facility that one can expect.
I really like the internet speed of our campus, almost everywhere we get internet coverage.

Dislikes

Avalability of busses from our college is a bit few. Yes college bus is available bus the bus timings are not good.
Outside the campus food is not very good as one can expect.
There no much place for roaming near the college, we need to far places for enjoying.

Placement Experience:

There are very good placements offered my our college according to my seniors. Average package crossses around 3 lpa i guess. Highest company package was around 57lpa, with pre had stipend to the students. Almoost 90% of students got placed from my branch this year. Im thinking of doing Higher studies after my degree.

My perspective on my college

Likes

One of the best campus environment in and around the area
Has the best placement programmes. A unique committee handling the placement every year.
Well experienced knowledgeable faculty as you move on to higher semesters.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement who had secured a well CGPA above 6 to 7. Too many companies are visited and number of office are given to the students specified to the branches. The highest package must be around 40 to 50 lacs and the average packages for company maybe nearly up to 10 to 15 lakhs. About 90% of the student gets place in the campus interview itself. I will opt campus placements itself and will try to get a good paid job.

I like the students say they are most friendly and all that the helps each other in various aspects in case of studies and all that.

Dislikes

The one thing that I just like that the colleges for a from the city so if you have to visit you have to travel around 1 hosue something like that so that's mean corn about the college

Placement Experience:

The College placements is also good the college provides and average package of around somewhere a lpa that is more than enough recently MNC based company visitor college which was providing internship and placements both for the freshers for the students with zero experience of work.
