SRCAS Admissions Process 2025

SRCAS Admissions are merit-based and entrance-based. The admission process of the college begins in April and ends in June.

All candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary Course conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or an equivalent examination shall be eligible to join the first year of the UG degree courses.
All candidates who have passed a UG degree examination of Bharathiar University or an equivalent examination shall be eligible to join the first year of PG degree courses in SRCAS.
M.Phil. candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in their Master’s Degree program as well as their performance in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Bharathiar University.
Ph.D. Selection of research candidates is on the basis of merit, performance in CET conducted by Bharathiar University, and interview. Students who have cleared CET conducted by state agencies such as SET and national agencies such as UGC NET / UGC-CSIR-NET / GATE are exempted from CET for admission into Ph.D. programs.

I don't applied for any other college before Sri Ramakrishna college of arts and science.I choose this college because they provide placement sports training etc to make students to architect more. First they give an admission form and we have to fill it up and select your respective course, finally you have to pay money that's it. Eligibility are 12th pass students can apply for this no entrance exam.

I also tried for other colleges in cbe surrounding like psg but couldnt get it due to high management fee but srec is charging comparatively lower than the tier1 cilkege in CBE. The admission process ofbour college is simple and anyone can approach the frontdest for further queries.

SRCAS allows lateral entry for UG courses except in B.Sc. The candidates who have passed Diploma THREE years course conducted by the State Board of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu are exempted from the first year subjects of the Programme, will be admitted,subject to the conditions of vacancy.
