SRCAS Faculty

The college boasts over 400 faculty members, with around 350+ being well-educated and trained. They offer instruction in both English and Tamil, ensuring accessibility for all students. The teacher-to-student ratio is manageable, allowing for effective learning experiences. Faculty members are described as friendly, supportive, and approachable, with systems in place for student feedback to improve teaching methods.

The college conducts two semester exams annually, with additional Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) exams, making it relatively easy for students to pass. The faculty employ modern educational technologies and encourage participation in extracurricular activities. Despite some language barriers among a few staff members, the overall teaching quality is considered exceptional.
