- Academic excellence: bmsce is renowned for its academic excellence, with a faculty comprised of highly qualified professors who are experts
- The scholarship is applied to all students who can make use of it and it can be applied by caste certificate campus selection is good in college and the campus is too cool and eco-friendly.
- The computer labs, the canteens, the greenery, the cleanliness, the faculty, the clubs, the enjoyment opportunities as well as the academic opportunities. the college also provides a lot of opportunities to study abroad for masters degree
Dislikes
- The hostel facility is really bad they have only one hostel inside campus and other 4 are outside the main campus
- Tuition fess is ok but it can be reduced because kcet people have half the fees than comedk.there is no scholarship present for comedk students, campus provide very good faculty in few streams and few bad faculty in bad.
- Curriculum was really bad for us as we were the batch who joined after corona thing so it was very disturbed so many postponements took place students got really stressed and they protested too .

Dislikes
- The labs are very old and needs to be changed.
- No practical knowledge or experience is given in core branches.
- Mess food is average at best. Not many options.
Placement Experience:
Placements are offered to the main branches. The placement rate is pretty good. Average package is 6lpa. A lot of students opt for masters right after college. There are people who write GATE, UPSC, etc.

- Clubs are the best part of BMS. We have variety of Clubs and societies such as, IEEE, NSS, Rotaract, etc.,
- We have 2 canteens 3 snacks stall. with fair price and fair to good quality of food.
- overall the college, campus, faculties are good
Dislikes
- Campus is pretty small comparetively and large number of people at campus.
- Classrooms and labs can do better as I feel
- Law college and Architecture is in same campus
Placement Experience:
Placements are pretty good. Last year we had more than 80% placement.
this year due to recession the number of hiring is down but we have good number of students placed.
We even have placement training and assisstance.
placement training starts right from 3rd semester. and Placement starts from end of 6th sem

- Canteens have affordable and cheap meals.
- They have good sports facilities for students to play and enjoy their respective sport.
- The hostels here are very good with really nice mess food.
Dislikes
- Campus area is very small which makes it too cramped for events.
- The student intake is very high so they have less space for events such as Induction.
- The labs are too cramped for the first year students.
Placement Experience:
The placements for the 2023 batch were fairly decent with a rate of 80%+ students placed. The companies that visit the campus are Oracle, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Cognizant, Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, JP Morgan, etc. The average and median packages stood at 10.4 lakhs and 9+ lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:
It is good according to the education system. The topics covered in all the subjects are good and not too difficult for the level of students. The difficulty increase is gradual and students do not suffer from a lot of pressure at least in the initial semesters.

- Good teachers who try to explain things in a understandable way
- Good hostels which have comfortable rooms
- Good curriculum which is up-to-the date.
Dislikes
- Fees is little bit on the higher side for COMEDK students
- Hostels don't have much capacity and students end up taking PGs
- The campus is short for an engineering college
Placement Experience:
The students become eleigible for placements from the 7th semester when companies start coming to the college. Last year the average package for CSE in the college was around 13 lakhs per annum. The package gradually decreases for other non tech streams.

- The infrastructure of the college is pretty amazing.its doesn't seem like the oldest college at all and is equipped with all the modern technologies .
- The location of college is perfect.Its in the heart of the Bangalore and we can easily find all the necessary things near to the college making the life very easy .
- Facilities are amazing.They teach well.Theya re pretty understanding and are ready to listen to students.
Dislikes
- Size of the campus is very disappointing .It's beautiful but the size is very small and it could make you boor.
- The intake of students is very high ,it's around 2000.And with the small campus sometimes it makes college very crowded.
- There's high percentage of management students in the college hence the quality of the crowd is not at the level you would expect here.
Placement Experience:
From the 7th semester ,students become eligible for the campus placements .
Many Amazing companies visit campus for the placement such as HP, oracle,TATA, Microsoft,etc.The exact data of number of offers is not shared by the college.
Last year the highest package was 33LPA and the average package was 10.4LPA.
Last year 1221 students registered for the placement out of which 877 got placed resulting in 74% placements.
My plans after the degree is to get an Amazing job with decent salary and good working environment.Have some time for yourself,roam around the world explore new things and be happy.

- Faculty, their way of teaching, handling students.
- No attendence related burden, like they will be very lineant about that.
- Placements are good, students are getting placed in really good companies.
Dislikes
- Management, it is not good at all, like they make their ways out leaving students to suffer.
- No proper schedule for holidays, like not proper break was given.
- The campus have only one playground, there should be more so that in one ground its not crowded always.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good in the college. You are provided a lot of good and excellent oppurtuinitie for the placement. The comapnies start coming to campus from the end of your 6th semester. The highest offer of this year is VISA near 33 lacs per annum, and the average is near 11-12 lacs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is more then 90%.

- Best infrastructure and excellent class room with air conditioner and BMS has the best facilities and BMS has the top placements and BMS cames under top 5 college in Karnataka. Many sports opportunities and many fests in month.
Course Curriculum Overview:
This is the top 2 college in Bengaluru. And it has best placement offers and the placement goes till 35lpa(on campus) and upto 54lpa ( off campus). This college and best facilities and it has many events and fests in a year.

- Canteen food is affordable and tasty at the same time
- College campus is near to my house so i can reach the collge easily
- College campus is huge and theres lot of greenary and sports facility
Dislikes
- The classes are long and tiresome it would be better if there were frequent breaks
- College doesn't provude wifi access to all the students
- Fee structure is a little high it could have been less which would be better
Course Curriculum Overview:
My course is B.TEch in engineering for Electronics and Instrumentation, I had to choose this course as I was not engineering to join EEE, for which I had a passion to join as I'm interested in entering The Electrical vehicles sector.

- The college has a good curriculum and the time table is well planned and provides us sufficient time for extra activities and personal growth.
- The infrastructure and the facilitates provided are very good.
- The college is in a central area in Bangalore where everything you require is easily accessible.
Dislikes
- The exams dates are never finalised and keep changing until the last moment.
- The college is strict with their attendance policy where you require a minimum of 85% attendance in each subject.
- The campus is small as compared to other colleges.
Placement Experience:
More than 1000 offers were made to 1300 eligible students during 2023. We have more than 350 reputed National and multinational companies visiting the campus for placements. The placement rate for 2022 was 80% and the median package offered was 8.24 lakhs.
