SCHOLARSHIPS are available for OBCs and minorities I guess. But recently some problems happened with my OBC batch mates regarding scholarship. But later on it got fixed up as they complained about it in MUHS

Fees and Financial Aid:

Loan is available, if you request to college, they provide all documents regarded as for loan. In every year fee is for open category is 3,78,000 Rupees, for OBC is around 2,10,000 Rupees, for VJ NT is around 50,000 Rupees, and for SC/ST is totally free tuition fee. It is feasible because they provide all the facility.
