- placement opportunities are comparatively limited for some courses
- the campus rules are a bit strict, and there are fewer industry exposure programs
- improvement is needed in providing more internships and carrer guideness
Course Curriculum Overview:
the course curriculum at vimala college is relevent and covers all the fundamental concepts required for the subjects.it follows the university syllabus,there is scope for improvment by including more prartical sessions, internships,updated industry.the curriculam is comprehenssive

- Exposure to various academy important activities.
- Various extra curricular activities and supportive environment.
- Facilities for science students such as lab Facilities. Variety courses that have scope in current scenario.
Dislikes
- The tensed situation that comes around during the exams when portions have to be completed
- The campus is distributed in various parts therefore difficult to reach out .
- Canteen facility can improve a lot more .It was good the previous years
Placement Experience:
Students of Final year are eligible for placement
Varios companies like icici prudential ,
Accenture ,various schools etc and naly companies collaborate for placements in our college.average package is 2 lakh per annum

- College infrastructure is appreciatable and the way of gardening the staff's etc are good, library facilities are great and one of the attracting is garden library its an heaven.
- I tried to participate in cultural programs but I am not involved in NSS or NCC. I was part of the member of some of the club's like dance etc.
- The method of teaching is very good and understandable mostly teaching done by presenting ppt so it's easy to write lucture notes.
Dislikes
- Less lab equipments which I felt during my project otherwise it's fine for our subject studies.
Placement Experience:
From the 3rd year onwards college provide placement opportunities. There are various companies visited one of them are TCS average package may varies with companies and the qualification too. Many of them of getting placed

- Yes our teachers gave extra study support to the students who are academically backwards
- I'm the part of NCC in our college so I enjoying my college life. NCC, NSS, Jesus Youth and other clubs give enjoyment and extra curricular activities
- The college is women's only so it is safe and teachers ensures safety to students
Dislikes
- College timing from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm it's difficult to attend on mornings
- The college is old need much more facilities
- The college is strict compared to other colleges
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choosed Bsc mathematics with computer science and statistics to become a data scientist or data analyst. The computer science and statistics lab are provide practicals. The lab sessions will more improvement needed. The college give study leave to exams so we can manage study

- Learning facilities are good. Every class has projector and other facilities. Vimala College has a good library and computer lab.
- Mentorship quality. Teachers are good. They support us in every academic needs.
- Always arrange career development classes and other informative sessions.
Dislikes
- Campus is not so big to explore. Some teachers only support academic matters not arts.
- Canteen is not students friendly. Price of everything is same as outside campus.
Placement Experience:
From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS (3.33 LPA), Accenture (3.44 LPA), ICICI prudential life insurance (2.85 LPA), Intellipaat (7.25 LPA), Goan institute international consociation of education, Arvind fashions (2.66 LPA), Tenzotech (2.4 LPA), Chegg India (3.6 LPA) offer placements. This is the placement list of 2024. Here 7.25 LPA is the highest package. Companies place students in their companies based on personal interviews and tests. Only students with no supply at the time of applying for this placement can appear for tests and interviews. Near 50 percent students got placements and many other students opt for higher education and other jobs.

Course Curriculum Overview:
My course was BSc Family and Community Science or Home Science. It was a practically relevant course focused on Human Health and Nutrition. The faculties are good and student to teacher ratio is 10:1. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. holders with good experience. The labs are good as well.

Remarks:
Positive remarks are outstanding academics, super empowerment for ladies. Wonderful infrastructure and teachrs are qualified and experienced for leading students for extracurricular activities. Negative remarks is examination and results are postponed for some semester.

Even they are saying admission is closed they are still taking admission s to college, it's legally against University rule
