There was an interview process that I attended and I was selected they asked about my strengths weaknesses and previous education institutions. That was my admission to the college and they have not conducted any exam on admission.
For admission, they need at least 65%. We can find applications in college there is no application fee. After getting the 12th result we can apply for the college. They prefer direct admission not online.
The curriculum aims to provide leadership and management abilities. The syllabus is combined with faction discussion, case studies, etc. The exams are applications founded and test important thinking ability.
The college has a curriculum development cell. It was started in 2018. Their role is to develop the syllabus and keep it updated. They also have further plans to implement in the academics to give a value based education and social responsibilities.
The syllabus of M.Sc., Biotechnology is framed in such a way, that it deals with all the concepts in-depth. The college has a curriculum development cell. Their work is to regularly preview the syllabus and updating the curriculum for each program. We also have practical papers to enhance hands-on training.
College follows the latest trends of the courses so that the students get the updated knowledge and does not face any difficulty after passing out the course. Most of the courses involve case studies in their curriculum, which helps the students to gain practical knowledge. Exams are under control by university and monthly one cycle test would happen . Besides this, yearly exams are conducted for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Every course had its own curriculum; our curriculum was spread over two years. It wasn't too stressing to study, because the syllabus was limited, really. Exams were conducted twice a year, if respective semesters.
I believe the course curriculum was set keeping in mind the context and relevance. They didn't put extra things that we didn't have any relation too. Exams were conducted in a timely manner, two times in a year.
It provides more practical knowledge through seminars and industry visits to all disciplines. This is not just a book reader for you. It will remind you how to live in a competitive world. NSS, NCC Rotary Club. Etc.
