- Faculty and dedication towards teaching is good. Teachers take efforts to teach you and are enthusiastic
- Infrastructure and the ambience of the college campus is very welcoming and opem
- The location js good and accessible. Has access to all the major needs nearby
Dislikes
- The discrimination between locals and outside students by the local students
- Mess food is kinda monotonous and does not have a lot of options
Internships Opportunities:
There is an inbuilt internship in the college for 12 months by has to do roles in a different departments of the hospital itself and the stipend which is offered somewhere around ?30,000. After that, the college makes us capable enough to apply for a job at at any leading hospital, and also provides in-house jobs

- Good college and hospital has a lot of patient exposure. Good and spacious classrooms with 1: 1.5 boys to girl ratio
- Faculties are good and very knowledgeable and experienced
- Gives a lot of exposure for learning and growing
Dislikes
- The mess food is usually good but sometimes it is not and is a lot of monotonous
- Managing committee could be more efficient and helpful
- Need more facilities like 24hr open library
Internships Opportunities:
Mandatory Internship is offered at the SUM Hospital where we are posted in various departments according to roaster and are made to learn the functioning of the department from a close angle.
Get to learn new and amazing skills plus how to handle the work load..good exposure..faculties are excellent and seniors guide very well

- The patient load of the hospital is commendable. It provides a wide range of exposure and experience to us as medical students.
- I like the faculty and their way of teaching.
- I like the fact that there is a balance between academics and extra curricular activities which is essential for the all round development of an individual
Dislikes
- I dont like the infrastructure of the college. There is no proper, 24hours functioning canteen. canteen.
- The mess of the hostel is horrible. Food is really bad.
- The campus is situated far from the main city. Facilities like bookstore, cafés, recreational places are far. Facilities around the campus are expensive.
Internships Opportunities:
Internship is mandatory for all students after the completion of the course. Stipend provided is Rs. 30,000 currently. After internship one can apply for job here itself. The salary is aroun Rs. 55,000 for a fresh MBBS passout.

- The college has good faculty and teaching staff.
- The faculty and staff will converse in hindi and english so there is no language barrier
- The infrastructure is quite good. the practical halls are also well equipped.
Dislikes
- The campus is located in the outskirt of the city so there aren’t much resources around
- The campus doesn’t have a well defined boundary as there are hostels scattered at different areas
Internships Opportunities:
I'm not really aware of the internship opportunities but the college does not provide a one-year mandatory internship with a stipend of 27k per month currently which is said to increase for the next batches.

- I like that, the hospital has a good patient flow And also, they treated in a good manner
- I also like the Hostel timings of this college, I mean, many medical colleges are very strict about the timing.
- All the classes are With AC and everyone will try to make you comfortable here. I guess so.
Dislikes
- I don’t like the food at all I mean, you can eat it like a straight 3-D, and then you get bored of it
- Also, people from Northwood found north Indian food. A little of the food is okay at some places, but not that too good that we expect in north
- You might feel a little inferior due to majority of Odeya people

Our You have to do internship that is fixed and also you get stipend for it. I remember the stipend is 22,000 for a month which is pretty okay for a medical college specially private. Yeah, you have to do a lot of work and it is too hectic.

Yes college gives good exposure to interns theri stipened is bit low but manageable. Various presentations are held for interns to explore as much as they can and which can be helpful for them in future.

- Well campus isn't as we expected it to be
- As always you have to choose your friends wisely
- There's not a lot of fests going on yearly as like other colleges

Well this is MBBS, there's no company other than the hospitals waiting for u to work for them at the end. Internship is in the final year. Usually u get rotating internships in different department as per you are alloted. The internship money is around 30k here now which are heard to be increasing in coming years. The hostel fees is what u are going to pay that year only.

Mbbs contains 1 year of internship in our college we get 22000 per month as stipend but deduction of the hostel which is 4000 we get 17000 in hand which is quite decent. Because it is not a salary is only a stipend

The stipend is 20,000 for the compulsory internship I think, really good considering other colleges give about 12,000 to 18,000. The hospital too is full of patients all the time, so there is a lot of exposure here too, it is among the top college in Odisha

Mbbs students have to do a 1-year internship in our hospital. they also have to go to additional medical camps in Odisha .after completing the internship you will get your degree. good patient outflow is in our hospital.
