Review of Academic and Campus Life at Mumbai

Likes

College has a very good Infrastructure and Ambience
The Faculties are very well qualified and have deep knowledge in their respective field
Encourages Entrepreneurship opportunities

Dislikes

The College supports extra curricular activities a lot more than needed

Placement Experience:

Placements at VIT are decent enough, with students becoming eligible for placements from the 6th Semester. Leading companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini regularly visit the campus, offering numerous positions. The highest package recently offered was 37.5LPA by Uniqlo while the average package stands around 3-4LPA. Approximately 85% students are placed every year. After completing my degree I plan to secure a role, while also exploring for opportunities for higher studies.

Navigating Higher Education: An In-Depth College Review

Likes

Due to autonomy the college teaches only the subjects that are important according to the current requirement for placement.
College really has lots of events and also interclass competition every year.
There are many sports activities and also college has many sports equipments available.

Dislikes

The My timetable that the college has started is the waste of time according to me. You don't usually get your desire faculty.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good at the time I've have taken admission. The highest was 37lpa at that time. For Information Technology department maximum number of students were placed with an average package of 6 lpa.

I like the infrastructure and the classrooms were neat and clean with ACS
The campus of the colleges great it is a huge compass with playgrounds
Teaching staff was very nice and the way of teaching is good

Dislikes

I didn't like the my time table concept which is opted in this college
And there are no ID card scanners in the college to entry
Sometimes there are water shortage in the college and due to that you have to buy water bottles

Placement Experience:

The placement rate of this college is around 100% and the average packages is also very decent that is 8 lakhs most of the students aim for higher studies but those who are sitting for placements they get a minimum of 3 lakh package and the highest packages around 20 to 25 lacs

My Time in VIT

Likes

It has a great infrastructure and a very nice campus
The crowd is very nice and is very optimistic
The faculties are very nice and teach very well

Dislikes

It is far from home so sometimes travelling become a bit hectic
There are lot of students-runned clubs and events so can't participate in all
For now the timetable is a bit of an issue

Placement Experience:

Our college conducts on-campus placements for student from 6th or 7th semester.Companies like Jio, TCS, AWS, etc.visit our campus to hire freshers.Last year around 85% of students were placed.The highest package went was about 37LPA.So placements are good.

A bit about VIT

Likes

The college has a great campus and amenities
The teaching staff of the college is really good

Dislikes

It is a bit far from my home so sometimes travelling
It has lots of events and clubs.So sometimes they consume time

So our college conducts campus placements.They are conducted onwards 6th or 7th semester and lot of companies like JIO,TCS,etc visit our campus and hire students.In 2022 around 85% of students were placed. The averages packages is about 8LPA

Likes

college campus is very good and having awesome infrastructure.
the food in the canteen is tasty and college also provide the placement.
the teaching staff is well educated and regularly lecture are conducted.

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

the placement is provided by college the average package is 5lpa . the placemet team provides good opportunity. for our batch 80% marketing batch is places . which is very good . students who have already bussinesses they do not go for placements.

Likes

Firstly, the College is autonomous, So there is lot of freedom
this college has an amazing campus with football ground and playing area with PS5 and all

Dislikes

The average package is And The number of students getting placed is also low
The crowd and the area of college is not so good
All the faculties are not very helpful, only a few chosen one are

Placement Experience:

The college gives internship even from the 1st sem itself. But the jobs are not very great. Average package here is 3 to 6 lakhs per year I am planning to do a masters degree after this to earn Better than what these course is providing

The VIT within

I liked the campus very much it is really amazing it has nuce canteen nescafee ccd and also has very nice auditorium .the whole college is air conditioned and has beautifully buildings

Placement Experience:

The college helps with many internship programs so that more placements are possible but this year the placements were really poor and not satisfactory but they are saying that it will be improved as the curriculum is now been included with more skill-related subjects.

liked the ccd, campus, good crowd, good staff

Dislikes

faculty not being clear sometimes they change things however they wish

Course Curriculum Overview:

the faculty is good but not that great but other branch faculty are much more better than electronics . the faculty student ratio is 1:70 and during the 2nd more students join in due to polytechnic students available in the college too

a very good college

campus it is very beutifull and ull of energy
teacher are very good they are very supportive
food in canteen in good and affordable and fresh

Dislikes

area outside of college it very smelly and populated
that there no trip going which could increase interaction between the students

I choose the course because i had intrest in electronics from school .There are enough teachers for students and we have options to select our teachers .Faculty have phd in there subjects .term exams are at frequency of 6 months and are moderates
