College placement are good but this year is going a little bit tough as compared to last year because of the market conditions and layoffs company are doing last year highest was 20 LPA and average is 12.5 LPA.

MDI Murshidabad boasts an impressive internship and placement scenario. Summer internships commence after the first mid-term in September, lasting until December, with a 100% internship placement rate. Renowned companies such as Tech Mahindra, Dabur, Tesco Chargezone, Tata Steel, Droom, ICICI, and Donear participate, offering g in September after three semesters, and achieve a 100% placement rate by December. Key recruiters include ICICI Bank, TaRetail, Aditya Birla, SBI General Life Insurance, HDFC, Axis etc.The highest package, offered by SKF for a finance role, is 22 lakhs, with an average package of 12.5 lakhs. Various roles are offered in marketing (digital marketing, B2B sales), finance (financial analyst, underwriter), HR, operations, and analytics. MDI Murshidabad maintains a cap of 8 lakhs for companies participating in campus placements.

Following the third term, students become eligible for summer internships. Post the internship, the final placement process commences with over 50 companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Last year, the highest package reached 20 LPA, the average was 12.67 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA, resulting in a 100% placement rate. Upon completion of the course, my aspiration is to pursue a career in the fields of finance and business analysis.

Currently i have the data of 21-23 batch so as per that records the Average would be around 12.67 lakhs and highest was 20 lpa and in thata batch the palcement are 100 %. My plans is to get a job through campus placement .

The course we have opted for is the Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and most of our faculty members are PhDs or have been professors in top B-Schools of the country. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:10.

From 2nd year, we become eligible for campus placements. The highest is 19 lakhs and the average is 11 lakhs. We have got hundred percent placement on our campus. I plan to work in the financial sector as a financial analyst.

After 4th term most companies start coming, and almost 120+ companies visit the college campus, the highest package is generally around 16-17 LPA and lowest is around 6-7 LPA, and the average is 9-10 LPA for all. Almost every student got placement as per the previous year And the record is improving too.

The campus is decent with an average CTC of around 11lacs. Companies like ICICI dominate and act as mass recruiters. The highest package this year was from ICICI Lombard 19Lacs approx. Companies like Tech Mahindra, Airtel, Gartenr also visit the campus.

From the 4th semester onwards, students become eligible for campus placement. The process is decent and very nice. The placement process is hectic but a very good experience and an amazing learning experience. S
