GNIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students with at least a 60% score are eligible for campus placements. Most of the students from our college are placed in top MNCs like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, etc and the packages are high start from 8 LPA. I am currently focusing on on-campus recruitment. Our college faculty members are really very helpful and are always there for any kind of career guide. They also help us in preparation for our campus recruitment.

There are lots of companies came to our campus. The placement rate is quite higher than other colleges. The placement rate is around 91%. The companies also came with good packages. College also gives training to the students and gives a dedicated platform to practice for the student. The placement training starts from the 3rd year and the training is so intense that students can crack the placement drive easily.

From 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements.Capgemini does mass hiring from our college and also Hexaware,Persistent, Nagarro, Amdocs,Indusnet technologies, Blueconch technologies, Cognizant,Accenture etc. as well as many startups and core company also came for placements. Highest package was 6lpa and avg package was 3.5lpa. In this year our college probably 85% students got placed. After getting the degree i'll do job because i am selected in wipro so that's why.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The recruit companies are Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, Amazon, Nestle, Amul etc and they each offers at least 10 students. The highest package is offered is about 8 to 10 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA and the minimum salary package offered is 3 to 5 LPA. About 70 to 80% students get placed. Internships are offered for every student. I want to do a job after completion of my BTech degree.

After the seventh semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Capgemini, Hexaware, Persistent Systems, etc provide students job offers in multiple profiles. Almost everyone has placed from our batch and the maximum package was around 10 LPA and the minimum was 3.5 LPA. I also got offers from Capgemini and TCS but I wanted to pursue higher studies so I opted for M.Tech.

From the end of sixth semester students are eligible for campusing. Students get multiple offers because multiple companies visit the college. Some companies like Mindtree, Capgemini also visits our college. Approximately about 85% of students get placed every year from college campusing.

From the 7th semester (it's mean from the 4th year) students become eligible for campus placements. Every student gets a chance as per their academic records. more or less 80% of students are placed. In my stream students are placed in such well-established industries as Nestle, ITC, Cocacola, Parle, Keventer, Dream Bake etc.

The placements are good here. I got a job on campus. My package is 4.5lpa. Before any campusing, our college organized a discussion about the campusing process which is very helpful for us. they always encourage us to achieve our goals.
