Faculty,our college faculty was very good ,all teacher are very supportive. encourage student to do study with extra curricular activities
Sbsc provides one of the best placements in delhi university with known companies such as deloitte tcs and others
The fee structure for a family who has parents having mid-range salaries is pretty great, compared to private universities, the fee structure is amazing, and there are several scholarship opportunities for students from all courses.

Dislikes

Faculty in truth is not that great they are not making that much effort in teaching us, especially our accounts teacher is awfully bad at teaching.
The class size is quite huge with poor student teacher ratio
Course curriculum was very hard because we have to learn new subjects vac, sec, and aec with my core subjects.

A honest review by freshers

I like collage's infrastructure and its design this is just awesome like easy to go anywhere in collage and no unnecessary cuts like simple good looking building.
I like teacher's familiarity too. Teachers are too friendly and also help except collage hours too
Also this collage provide familiary too like give opportunity to enhance communication.

Dislikes

I didnot liked a thing that morning library is under construction and evening library has less compatibility so i forced myself to go and study in any empty classes in leave hours.
I also disliked the administration staff they are not friendly as well teachers and try to skip their work
Here also have garbage outiside the collage yeah its not responsibility of collage but yeah for a good ranked collage of du it should be cleaned i guess.

Students gets placement in 3rd year but course bachlor of commerce more facilities for placements and i have seen many posters in collages notice board and also many placements on many posts in corporate world like in excel work and presentation. Annual income average is also not that bad. So it has more opportunities in bcom course and in other like bsc and ba not that spreded. They have to strugle for govt exams.

Why and why not delhi university..

Likes

Faculties of almost all the departments are very smart , intellectual and hardworking. Almost all the teachers here are Phd. holders. They are very helpful and try to give maximum possible time to all the students.
College environment supports peace and tranquility. I have never heard a case of ragging , harassment or group fighting here. Seniors are very helpful. They are always ready to help your way out.
Cultural fests are being organised here periodically where talented students can showcase their talent. These cultural fests also help other students make them familiar with traditions and culture of other states and regions.

Dislikes

Placements are one of the most concerning thing the college needs to look into. Placement opportunities are very less. Very less students are being selected from college.
Parking area is very small. Most of the parking space is covered by professor's vehicle itself. College students who are not from very far , use their personal vehicle find it difficult to park their vehicles here.
Canteen should be made more hygienic . The food from canteen is not satisfactory. Plus the place of cooking is not much hygienic.

Placement Experience:

Students of last semester are eligible for sitting in campus placements. Mostly BCom students are being hiered from here for accountant and related posts. Highest package is around 3.4 lakhs and lowest is 1.2 lakh. There is very less students who get direct placement form college. Very less company come to offer jobs here. Percentage is less than 10 i will say who get college placement. My plan has always been UPSC . By studying in college, i have already prepared for a optional subject which is gonna be maths . Also i will start taking coaching after completing my graduation.

Good college and affordable fees

College canteen food quality is good and cafeteria is also good
College practical lab also good where ac and computer is good
College ground good and vollyball court is good

Dislikes

College account management behaviour is very bad
College guard gate behaviour is very bad
Furniture quality is bad and sports room is bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

In these course in future we have many options for our bright career like teacher professor and many other,in this college student ratio is something 4000,all faculty members are qualified for higher education degrees and there are exam term in semester wise

The DU Story.

Likes

College infrastructure was very good and spacious.
Library is one of the best things. You could find any type of book you want.
Sports facilities were also very good and all type of sports are being played.

Dislikes

Official things usually take very long time in processing.
Class rooms are little small for students to accommodate.
Class strength us very big almost around 50+ students in eac section. h

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as Maths was my interest from the very beginning and I had very strong concept knowledge of it. Faculty in the college is very good. Teachers take care of all the queries of students. Faculty is to student ratio is quite good. There are around 8-10 teachers alloted to Maths Hons. Faculty is highly qualified and their teaching method is also very good. They take you through concepts and then also make sure to practice questions. Exams were scheduled in gaps lesser than usual so as to cover the delay caused by Covid year. Exams were moderate level and if you have basic knowledge about the subject then you can pass it easily.

There are so less laptops and computers available

After the completion of course placement cells and companies visit college for students and decent package is given to students. Not all students gets job buts many students got placed . Highest package in my college is 23 lakh per year

Campus is good in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
There are many societies in campus so that students can increase their personalitids.
Seniors are so supportive and teachers are also supportive

Dislikes

There are very less fests,I see tilly admission
Infrastructure is not so good in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College in compare to North campus colleges

Placement Experience:

After the second year, student is eligible for placement There are many companies visit for placement in our college but more for bcom hons students (not for bsc students) The highest package is around 2300000p.a. and avg. The package is around 400000 p.a. There is less percentage of students getting placement SSC-CGL Is after planning of graduation

The people of college are very nice and even seniors are nice aree
Our college has 20+ societies and all of them offer a lot of exposure and are very fun to be apart of

Dislikes

Our college should have been more bigger in size

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem students become eligible for placements, the highest package is 24 LPA and the average is 4-5 LPA. My plans are either to pursue a master's or try for placements. In maths, 5 out of 60 students get placed.

Placements of our college is good . From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Our college is commerce orientated so students of B.Com get higher placements then the other courses. Companies like Accenture... etc. Come for the placements.

A preparation for future!

Placement Experience:

People in this college mostly opt for either civil services or higher education, so placement is not something that is on most of the student's minds. However, there is a placement, which helps students get placed. A few companies do come to conduct interviews and most of the students appearing in it get placed. The average package is around 5 lacs per annum, but most of the students who get placed are from Commerce background, but even maths students can get placed in say insurance companies. Personally, I would like to go for higher education as this bsc. The degree is going to act as a base for future

There are various advantages of choosing DU for undergraduate education. With the vast pool of students coming to study from across India, Delhi University not only offers quality education to the students but also provides maximum exposure for personality development. I decided to pursue Maths because it is an ideal joint honours subject, for its teachings can be a foundation for study in computer science, engineering and statistics among others.

Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies(SSCBS) is a well-known college for business studies. The college offers various advanced courses such as management studies, cybersecurity, and computer science.

Courses:

The college offers eight courses related to business management, marketing, and science streams.
These include BMS, BBA, Fintech, PGDCSL, Digital Marketing, National Stock Exchange Certified Capital Market professional, Data Analytics for Business, and B.Sc(computer science).

Eligibility:
