Generally the placment of asutosh college really well also. Students from 5th semester are eligible for placement process. The placement sceniario very well in asutosh college. If we talk about our deperatment microbiology then latest 3.37 lakh approx record of placement also in computer science it also 6-7 LPA recorded, It varries every year wise.

Placement Experience:

All the third year students are applicable for the place campus placement almost around 10 companies visit every year on the first week of January it may be TCS cognizant or some private banks for their insurance and loan department. The highest salary ever given for 5.5 lakh and the average salary is around 3 lakhs per annum. The student must get around 55% in every semester that he or she has given and there should not be any shorts of backlog in the previous semesters. I plan to do a masters in English after my course is over.

From sem 5 they give us the placement, companies like TCS, wipro etcs. Average pakage is 30k to 40k as per experienced. Percentage is good like 75% to 80% in science stream and good % in arts. My plan is to experience many companies with 3year or 4years and get a good pakage job at last.

For some departments, there is a scope of placement. For our department, we were offered to seat in placements. TCS, WIPRO, ICICI, etc companies came and the average package was around 3 lakh per year. But most of the students don't seat for placement because they're willing to go for higher studies.
