GMRIT Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

In our GMR Institute of Technology the placement eligibility starts from the last two semesters that are 7 and 8. Many reputated companies like TCS, cognizant , Infosys, Siemens & GMR group and other various companies visit our college for placements every year. The highest packages range around 35-40 lpa and the average packages around 4.5-6 lpa. Majority of the students almost 80-90% secure placements. After completing my BTech, I would like to have my higher studies in chip designing career path and consider industry roles in further.

We have a very excellent curriculum and have a very good and experienced faculty in our college I like our curriculum a lot because it is very near to the on going and trending topics going on in the outside world It will be very helpful for getting jobs with a good packages They are using a lot of ppts for teaching for improvement they need to use less ppts and improve in practical teaching The exams are conducted frequently with a gap of every 2 months and the exams are very easy to write if we study

I am studied in mechanical engineering in GMR institute of technology We have an excellent curriculum with a syllabus which are on going topic happening in the real world This helps have a high chance to get jobs with a good package There are some areas for improvement in the college curriculum and teaching methods they are using more ppt so I suggest for using less ppts and get practical knowledge They conduct exams very frequently with a gap of every 2 months And the exams are slightly difficulty

The placements are good enough in our campus every year about 80% of students are placed in various companies like amazon,tcs,lnt etc and the highest package is 40 lakhs and lowest is 4 lakhs and given guidance for the students who interested in abroad studies.

In my college all teachers are speaking English only and these will improve the communication skills and all are very close to each other and faculty are teaching very well and faculty very supported to students

I will rate my course was 9 the mechanical department was okay I have chosen this course because I have lots of interest in this course and I love the mechanic based on the background of my family I choose in this course the curriculum in the college was moderate it should improve more it has to bring some real time projects for laboratory works and all they have to bring some real time project which maintenance our ability to study and focus and we have to do experiments they have to give us the real time experiment so that we can move forward in the study process

Educational curriculum is different from the all colleges compared to GMRIT,in this college curriculum will favours for both students and faculty too.And college curriculum also provides the online courses like course era and edx which useful for the students carrier.

in gmrit you have best exam curculam plans for mid exams, semister exams , internal exams , external exams, lab exams , quantitative aptitude test s for placement skills, reasoning in campus recruitment training

In my college this year compare to other branches my mechanical branch got good placements and mechanical facilities also teaching very well other branches also teaching well all branches are teaching well in my college

Yes here we have wonderful circulam for examination and mid exams and also external exams and internal exams , and a separate exam council for stupid students. Many of create cameras also each every room
