VRSEC feedback

Likes

effective teaching with experienced faculty
a lot of campus placement opportunities with very good packages
many offline and online workshops held free of cost for students

Dislikes

infrastructure and amenities can be better
No AC rooms are provide in hostel. In summer it was so difficult

Placement Experience:

From 3-2, students become eligible for campus placements. Almost 40 companies visited and almost all students got placed from CSE. Highest package offered was by amazon with 52 LPA. 98% students got placed from CSE after degree, i joined in a good company and working as FSE.

Good at academics but no fun

Likes

The course structure is good according to department
Special training programs helped with placement drives
Teachers are easy to approach and free to express new ideas

Dislikes

Attention towards students according to IQ is missing
Attention to detail faded out from course beginning to ending
Cultural and extracurricular activities are less

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities are great at the institute. Students are eligible for placements from 6th semester. At our time, Accenture, tcs, at&t and some other companies have visited the institute. Accenture has offered around 250 offers and TCS has given more than 150 offers.

My college

Likes

Teaching is very good. It can be rated as 4 out of 5. You can work any projects you like
But in some subjects, it can be improved. For 3rd year and 4th year they will provide one month off for internship
They also let us participate in hackathons and they compensate for expenses also

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Morgan stanley, jp morgan, accenture, at and t,amazon, tcs and more are there. They will train us for placements from 2nd year only. If you are skilled enough you can crack high packeages

From Classroom to Career

Likes

There is no dispute between seniors and juniors in the college
Faculty is very helpful and always aims for the betterment of the students
The course curriculum is very insightful and is developed in order to outside rapid change

Dislikes

There is no proper games for the students which can improve their physical abilities and strengths
There is no proper lab arrangements for students
All books are not available in the library's collection

The course curriculum is given prior to the students which helps the students in a better way to choose the subject The curriculum us developed in such a way it helps in real world applications The frequency of the exams is like 1 per month. Every month a exam is conducted

College Life

Likes

I like the faculty very much they all are highly qualified with phd.
The campus is very great and large with nice view.
Very bloomy background for site seeing and library.

Dislikes

Very much scams happening in name of events.
Not that high level lab faculty compared to theory.
Students are very much caste obsessed and rude.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I very much liked the concept of placement training and field trips. The curriculum is also great inculcating foreingn concepts and theories. There is some scope for improvement in intimation of exam timetable etc.

The WORST DREAM of getting into a college

Likes

Just looking from out side it is big, has a big ground.
The saraswate statue fountain, fests that would be conducted.
only a few that to count on the fingers are good and inspire us.

Dislikes

No prior intimation of any event it may be classes, exams, events, placements, etc.
They don't follow the time. They don't follow the rules
Pressure by the HODs, project guides, completion of the projects which are useless.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 3-2 and 4-1 onwards. There are so many companies like jp morgan, morgan stanley, deloitte, juspay, paltech, tcs, accenture, infosys, cisco, tejas and there are numerous offers made like in accenture nearly 250 members were selected , tcs nearly 100 members, paltech 2, and so on. HIghest packages are like 40lpa. Average is 4lpa. 60% of students getting placements. My plan is to get into government job.

College environment and education throughout the year

Placement Experience:

From the 3-2 semester students will be eligible for placements. Approximately 20 companies each year like Amazon Microsoft TCS Deloitte Accenture and many. 95-98% will be get placed. Getting a good job .

Likes

College faculty and placements in the college that was very useful
Ground that we are to play and spend some time
Library that is most useful thing in the college

Dislikes

Nothing to be disliked every thing is fine
Canteen is little big small for eating and less space area
It's is very big place we find difficult in finding the classes

I would like to rate it as 5 out of 5 that curriculum is very easier to understand and gothrow it was very easy and also the detailed information is presented in the curriculum and the topics are explained in detail

VRSEC (My Home)

Likes

The campus life is amazing. You can enjoy vey much. No one is gonna ask you. There are no such objections like outers are not allowed.
There will be sports events conducted every year which includes several games like cricket, foot ball, volley ball, athletics.
The college infrastructure is very good and the atmosphere is very pleasant with lot of trees there. The faculty is very nice to students. They help in building the career with their motivation and guidance.

Dislikes

The sports events will be held once in a year only. There are very less equipment for the sports.
The assistant lecturers, they have less knowledge but will do more over action and shows partiality among students.
There is no bus facility to villages near by. Only hostel to college buses will be available.

Placement Experience:

When you come to final year that is 7th semester, you will be eligible to participate in placements. There are several companies that will visit our college like Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, dell, lega etc. The avg package every year is around 5 lpa, where as the highest package is 44 lpa. Every year almost 90% of the students gets placed in different companies. As this year my graduation will complete, I want to go for the placements and secure good job and settle down in career.

Likes

I like that our do not have any ragging that will affect the students
I like the environment in our college it is very peaceful and enjoyable
I like the way faculty teach and guide us when we have any doubt

Placement Experience:

The placement in our college was very good which means each and every student with skill can be placed in a good MNC. Many companies like Amazon, Cisco, Adobe, TCS, etc. came to our college, and around 1400 students were placed this year(2024) I guess. My plans after the degree are to be placed in a good MNC and make my dream come true.
