  • M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics/Mathematics/Material Science/Applied Optics/Optoelectronics/Electronics or equivalent from other institutes with a valid GATE/NET/UGC/CSIR/NBHM score; or M.Tech. in Solid State Technology/Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering/Optoelectronics/ECE or equivalent with GATE/NET/UGC/CSIR/NBHM.
