University School of Management Studies (USMS) was founded as one of the several University Schools of Studies under the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 1998. USMS is an on-campus school of GGSIPU. It offers MBA, MBA in Financial Analysis, MBA in Analytics, PG Diploma in Data Analytics and Ph.D. in Management Studies. Additionally, it also offers an MBA Executive Program on a weekend basis. The school, within a short period, has developed itself as a unique and progressive school with its distinct curriculum and innovative teaching methodology. USMS IPU Admission 2024

Admission to the University School of Management Studies is based upon the counselling conducted by GGSIPU. Candidates who have qualified for the CAT, CMAT or IPU CET are eligible to apply for counselling. The application process is common to all the programs. Interested candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for USMS IPU Admission 2024:

Visit the official website of GGSIPU Delhi.
Click on the “Apply Online” link.
A new window will appear.
Register for the IPU CET by filling in the necessary details.
Upload a recent photo and signature.
Login using the credentials provided.
Appear for IPU CET 2024.
Candidates may apply for online or offline counselling, once the result is out.

The following documents are required to fill out the application form for IPU CET 2024:

2 photocopies of the board examination certificate of the Class X mark sheet
2 photocopies of provisional/original certificate of Class XII mark sheet
2 photocopies of bachelor’s degree or provisional degree (if any)

USMS IPU Admission Criteria 2024

Admission to the MBA courses is based on merit in CAT.
If the seats remain vacant after the counselling based on the overall percentile scored in CAT, then the institute will consider the applicant’s CMAT scores.
Even after the consideration of CAT and CMAT scores, the university has vacant seats for MBA, admission then will be offered based on merit in GGSIPU CET 2024 conducted by the GGSIP University.

I am currently pursuing an MBA because I find the course highly relatable and aligned with my career goals. Its practical learning approach and diverse subjects keep me deeply engaged, allowing me to explore various aspects of management. My interest in understanding business dynamics and developing leadership skills motivated me to choose this program.

Placement scenario in campus, average and highest package being offered

The placement is quite average in our college. While minimum package is about 3LPA, highest is about 12lpa and average package is at 5-6LPA. Most of the students got placement from the college itself. We have top recruiters such as airtel, infosys, Wipro, tcs etc.

Total fees of the course, and scholarship available in the college

The fees is 40500 for two years. There are multiple scholarship offered by the college during the session. There are scholarship based on the caste and also economical weaker sections. Foreign students are not required to pay fees. The fees increases every year

Students view on campus life

The campus life is just awesome here. The crowd is to big and belong from different background so it make it more memorable for everyone. Clubs are highly professional and focus on your growth. Infrastructure is one of the best among delhi college.

It has highly qualified faculty, many of whom hold Ph.D. degrees and possess extensive academic and industry experience. The course curriculum is meticulously designed to align with the latest industry trends and requirements, making it highly relevant and practical. It emphasizes a balance between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, equipping students with skills that are essential for professional success. The exams are designed to test understanding and application rather than rote memorization, making them relatively manageable. With proper preparation and engagement, students find the assessments straightforward, ensuring a smooth academic journey while maintaining quality education.

Admission Process of the college

This college i choose because the course is highly economical which 405000. I got all the course here but choose mba General because I can have two specialisation but in other course it's not possible. I applied to DTU but fees was high and placement is same so choose this college. The admission process is simple here. You need to appear for CAT and in January or March you have to apply IPU CET for getting admission here.

Night Life

I have do not have much idea about it as I'm a day scholar but some of my friends are from hostel so they told me that it has amazing night life and great vibe. While talking to them they let me in hostel they organise different activities.

The staff and extra curricular activities.
The crowd at the campus was amazing, we had students from every different corner of the country.

Non availability of basic shops near the campus

Admission:

The very first reason for me to chhoose this college was it being a semi government college which gives the degree a little more advantage. The second was the fees structure. The fees here was comparatively way less than other colleges.

Campus is the best thing about this college.

Admission:

My experience with the USMS IPU institute was pretty exceptional. I would definitely recommend this institute for whosoever is looking to pursue a master's degree in the region. Admissions are on the basis of the entrance exam organized by the university, itself. Infrastructure is world-class and everyone is pretty supportive here.

Is "MBA in Taxation" course availabe in your college ? And Any Specialisation course regarding Taxation or Accounting ?

Unfortunately, USMS IPU New Delhi is doesn’t offer MBA Taxation to the students and you can check out more on the same at USMS IPU Delhi MBA courses.

Dear candidate, you can appear for IPU CET in that case. And, you can check out the cut-off for various category for IPU CET at USMS IPU New Delhi Cut-off.
