USMS Faculty

The faculty at the college is highly qualified, with many members holding Ph.D. degrees and extensive experience in both academia and industry. Most faculty are permanent, with a few guest lecturers from renowned institutions and industry professionals, offering easy accessibility for students. While the faculty is knowledgeable and supportive, excelling in theoretical instruction, there is a noted gap in practical knowledge delivery.

Semester exams are held twice a year, with internals worth 25 marks. The curriculum is designed to align with industry trends, balancing theoretical and practical knowledge, which supports students' professional growth.
