Maharaja Agrasen College Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I choose BCom(Hons) because I want to study this course. There are almost 150 students in our course which divided into three sections Faculties were very experienced and knowledgeable and supportive.

Students are eligible for placement for 5 semesters. Many good companies like Deloitte Wipro byjus have come in the college they provide the opportunity for mostly sales job or marketing related jobs and some offers in the field of finance also. They give 3-4lakhs package maximum 6 lakhs. At least 20% of students are placed from campus. My plan is for higher study i.e.masters.

I want to pursue MBA, and that's why I choose this course. In my section, about 50 students are present whereas 4-5 teachers are allowed to each section for every subject. Professors are well qualified and knowledgeable. Exams are held at the end of the semester. The level of examination is difficult.

This college is mainly for Commerce and Arts students, faculty in the college is very good, Professors help students in the best possible way and also they are very cooperative. There was a semester system and you have to appear in exams twice a year.

The students are eligible for the 5th semester to the campus placement. There are major companies which are coming to the college as unacademy, byjus, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, unschool, amazon, EY, Deloitte and etc. around 80% of students get placement in the college.

Students from the 3rd year are eligible for campus placement.. highest package goes to 18 lacs per annum and the average package is 12 lac per annum. Many companies visit the campus namely Infosys, Wipro, byus, Accenture Last year 79% was the number of students who were placed.

From around last year, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies that visited were HCL, Dell, and wave, there were a lot of offers made. I don't remember the highest package but yes the lowest was around 250000 p.a. , and the profiles offered were of assisting manager, manager. Percentage of students getting placements is around 60% . My plans after getting the degree is of higher studies.

Placements are generally dono at the end of last year. For that students have to take different tests like interview, written exam etc. Companies do come in our college but not all the students get placed.college has a cell named Training and Placement cell (TPC) which organizes many sessions with various entrepreneurs. Also, students of various departments got jobs in highly reputed companies like WIPRO, LARSEN, and TOUBRO. Hence, for placements there are plenty of good opportunities but it depends on how much talent you have and how you utilize it.
