Lucknow Christian Degree College is a public institute, established in 1862 is located at Lucknow in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Lucknow Christian Degree College has contributed immensely to Indian society with its impressive alumni comprising academicians, politicians, bureaucrats and other distinguished citizens.
It is a NAAC accredited institute and is affiliated with University of Lucknow. At the UG and PG level, the college has various programmes in the field of Arts, Commerce and Science, namely - BA, B.com, B.Sc, M.A and M.Sc.
In addition the institute also provides a UG programme in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) for which they conduct their own entrance exam for granting admission to the candidates.
The entrance consists of - Written Test, Skill Test, Physical Fitness Test, Games Representation and Interview. The total no of seats for this programme is 50 with 20 seats reserved for girls.
Admissions into the PG Courses is strictly on the basis of merit, while for UG programmes, candidates are required to appear for the entrance test conducted by the University of Lucknow.
The facility of scholarship is also available as the Uttar Pradesh government provides state based scholarships to the eligible candidates.

The institute offers BA, B.Com and B.Sc courses under its undergraduate programme for which admissions are on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the university. Selection Criteria
Admissions will be on the basis of the entrance test added with the privilege marks. This total is known as Merit Index and the admission will be granted on the basis of the same.

The institute offers MA and M.Sc under its postgraduate courses for which the intake is 60 and 40 seats respectively. Admissions are strictly on the basis of merit. The M.Sc programme is offered under the specialization of chemistry, while the MA programme is offered under the specialization of English.

The institute offers Bachelor in Physical Education for which admissions are on the basis of graduation degree which is further followed by interview. The duration of the course is 2 years and a total of 50 seats is sanctioned for this programme, out of which 20 seats are reserved for girls.

Selection Criteria
The selection into the B.P.Ed is one the basis of the entrance test conducted by the college which has - Written Test, Skill Test, Physical Fitness Test and Games Representation followed by an interview which has a weightage of 20% for the purpose of selection.

The institute has both modes of admissions, viz; Online and Offline. The application process has been given below.
Online application:
- Online application for admission in Lucknow Christian Degree College can be filled on its official website
- The fees to be paid for online submission of Forms is Rs. 1050/- which can be paid online through Debit Card / Credit Card, NEFT or through Demand Draft.
Offline application:
- Application Form along with the prospectus can be availed from the counter of the college office.
- The fees for offline Prospectus and Application Form is Rs. 1100/- and can be paid on the College counter in cash or through a DD in the name of “Principal, Lucknow Christian Degree College” payable at Lucknow
- Candidates need to submit a separate form for applying more than one subject. Applicants can apply for only one subject in a form.

- Their teaching is really appreciatable specifically botany department.
- You can get too much practical knowledge and can perform individually and learn alot. Teachers are helpful they guide you in each and every step.
Dislikes
- They need to change some infrastructure and also gie placements and internships.
Admission:
You can get application form offline and online both. There online process is too easy and you just need to go to college at the time of verification. After admission they usually release the selected list of students in 4 weeks approx. They usually not give any kind of reservation now if changed so I don't know yeah they have different fee structure for boys and girls.

- Washroom was not cleaned on a regular basis

There was no entrance exam being held, the admission procedure was on the basis of class 12th marks . One can get the application form from the college official website which is lcdc.edu.in. There is no such thing or process which i didn't like during the admission procedures

- We didn't get any notices for what are the programs or other co curricular activities that are going to be held.
Admission:
One can get the application from from the website of the college which is lcdc.edu.in There was no entrance exam as such for our batch and as for the admission in the batch of 2024-25 still there is no entrance exam, admission is solely on the basis of class 12th marks. The overall admission process went on very smoothly there were no complications.

- Placement are there in a college and infrastructure is very good like sitting and see her and all course are not in college but mostly are there in a college

- In college like LLB and MBA are not there in my college and mcom is also
- And washroom are not clean in the college that thing I dislike very much

Eligibility of course is 12th pass the application form is given in the college of line and after the selection of candidate by the percentage of class 12th method those who got above 50% they are got admission in the college and there is a admission is done and submission of fees and then after classes are start in college

- Dress code is not in the college which I didn't liked

To get admission to the college, an entrance test was conducted and then a cut-off was set by the college. I qualified for the entrance and took admission to the college and no reservation was availed by me.

Admission:
the college admission process was merit based.. so the students who scored great in their intermediate were selected first... the application form is available online as well as offline.. college released the merit list within 30days of closure of application form.. but still admission is possible if there are still seats left

- I liked the faculty of our college they all are very.highly brilliant teachers and they put there full effort to educate their scholars and help them to do clear their doubts.
- There is so much greenary in our college garden area which I specially like. And gives us a peaceful environment.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not so good ,it has to be modified and make some changes in it
- Campus hygiene is not good, there is so much dirt and waste are persent in the classrooms and other areas, it has to be cleaned at daily basis so that we can study by being focused with peace

I have filled offline form of Lucknow Christian degree college to take admission I'm persuing undergraduate course B.Sc (Biology) from this college. Infrastructure of this is great there are 2 sections of this course and 120 seats are in perticular section.

No entrance exam merit based admission yes study material in is improving day by day BSC mathematics students have more apportunity to became and create successful career in our life and college is also feeling proud.

Admission process is quite simple it is based on your class 10 and class 12 percentage and cut off is declared by the college itself you can apply offline from college and online from college website and results are uploaded on the website of the college application forms and details are available on both online at college website and offline at college

- No Dislike Here. Mainly Our College Reputation and Our College Faculty Was Perfect.
Admission:
As far as the admission process was concerned there was first an entrance written test and that was followed by the personal interview. As I was a Christian candidate, there was a separate list for this category and my name was on that list as finally I was selected. On the college campus, only an application form is given and in the nearby bank, one has to pay the fees for the same.
