Good for placements and decent infrastructure

Likes

Faculty are well experienced and there education background is also good.There teaching methods are good
Campus life is also good,we have many clubs and events in the campus.
Placement cell is also good and very supportive.

Dislikes

Canteen could be improved and less seating in the canteen.
Playground is smaller compared to other engineering colleges
Overall infrastructure is good but the area is small compared to others

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester you are eligible for placements.CGPA criteria depends from company to company. Few well known companies visted are Accenture, Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, TCS and many more. The Highest package of our college is 60LPA and the average package is 10-12LPA. In our department the placement percentage is around 90-98%. My plans is to go for MS in USA or Australia if i dont get placed.

A place where opportunities meets talent

Likes

College location is peaceful due to military area around.
Faculty are mostly PhD and experienced. They guide in all levels of study in and out of fields. Infrastructure is latest in terms of adapting cnc technologies, 3d printing, labs are well maintained.
Extra professional elective and open elective subjects can be taken out of core engineering.

Dislikes

Security is too strict and sometimes can speak rudely.
Attendance is mandatory. Can't take leave.
Not much to dislike. It's actually a good thing that the faculty is strict cause it's for us to focus on studies.

Placement Experience:

In CSE, IT people often get good placements with good packages in companies that come to our college. Around 100 companies visit our campus every year in all distinctions and all branches. Highest packages goes from 60 lacs to 1 crore per annum. Vasavi always had an upward graph in terms of placements.

A detailed review on VCE

Likes

Our college has good management and expert faculty graduated from iits and nits with phds and more over there is no raging in our college
Proper Sanitation, all are mostly sensored bathrooms and does not smell often cleaning
We are free to do any projects and college will support for anything needed like using lab equipments

Dislikes

Academic is good but there is a lot burden on students because you won’t get much time spending on anything due to academics
There are many tech events that takes place I like that but there are no events like entertainment purpose only one event that happens every year once

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements and college will support you in any way you want to go after graduating either job or higher studies there is a placement cell in our college who constantly monitor every student and try to give best they can

Placements in this college are excellent comparing to other colleges and the average package for CSE is 8,00,000 lakhs
Faculty are very well experienced(i.e. min. 25 years experience). They encourage us in every aspect.
Campus infrastructure is excellent with good facilities in labs, rooms etc. Amd campus atmosphere also very nice.

Dislikes

Extracurricular activities are limited and sports competition are conducted limited.
Exams are very tough and we have to study more and more even for mid exams also.
Campus is not big as other colleges and ground also small for sports.

Placement Experience:

Many companies visit our campus to provide good opportunities to the students. After 6th sem we get good placements and from 5th sem we get internship opportunities. Many top companies like providence, service now, Accenture, wipro etc visit our college and provides many internship and job opportunities.

I like the culture of studies compare to other colleges is good here.
I like the faculty. They teach professionally and they share knowledge.
I like the technical provisions that affordable within the class

Dislikes

The canteen is below average and the price is not applicable according to the food that is provided
The curriculum is not good ,it's very compressed
The examination system is average compared to other universities

I thought the curriculum of cse branch is good and I chose this course but the curriculum of IT branch is better than our branch.The frequency and timing of exams on difficulty level is good.The areas to improve are course curriculum.

Likes

Class rooms and faculty are very much interested and it is very helpful for our personality development
Girls and boys ratio is 1:1 in all the classes.
Course curriculum is very good and useful for us.

Dislikes

Ground and sports are neglected in our college
Cafeteria and all are worst in taste and ambiance
Development and extra circular activities are less.

Course curriculum is very much verified and it's been understanding to every student . It is designed in such a way that no one gets disturbed with that. The areas of improvement are very simple that only way to understand is that explaining the circulum with keen interest.

A brief journey:My college experience

Likes

I like the studies and faculty they explain in good way
I like the guest lectures they produce good knowledge
I like the services that provided by library

Dislikes

The ground is so small that only 3-4 sections can play
The sports is only once a week ans there are no free periods

The curriculum is not improved compared to the previous years and the difficulty level of examination is good. But the representation of real-life problems is average but it's good according to the knowledge. The exams are conducted regularly.

Faculty is far better than any other colleges
Good number of placement opportunities and job opportunities
Infrastructure is too good and labs are well furnished

Dislikes

They don't compromise on records. Sometimes it becomes pretty hectic to complete 4 lab records per semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

All the subject as per of course work are extremely important for both the placements and even for GATE. They also provide guidance for CAT. You also get to take part in co cirrcular which includes brushing your fundamentals of coding and extra curricular activities includes clubs such as photography, drama, writing etc.

Likes

The sex ratio is very good and good coed culture
Teacher sir very professional and answer are queries whenever required
Well equipped laboratory readily available equipments which can be used for research and project purpose

Dislikes

Mor priority towards attendance and studies less priority towards extra curriculars
Lags asset procedure to organise big events in the college
Less number of college fests compared to other colleges

Good College for Placements

Decent Infrastructure and good facilities

Comparatively Small Playground and less sport opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement and Training Cell is full of dedication and motivation. Pre-Final Year and Final Year students are eligible for getting a placement. Students having CGPA of 7.5 and above are eligible for placement and this may differ company-company. Few Recruiters are TCS Wipro S&P Global Visa Service Now Providence Deloitte Accenture Hyundai and many more The highest package is around 87-90 LPA The Average package is 7-8 LPA Placement percentage is 85-95% My plans after degree is to secure a good job, get an experience of 4-5 years and pursue fir masters or M.Tech.

The institute you decide to enroll in isn’t going to determine your growth. It rather depends upon what you choose to do. However, it is suggested that you join the institute based on your subject preference.

Here is a concise outlook of the institute:

The faculty of the institute is extremely proficient and knowledgeable.
Some professors hold Ph.D. degrees and are part of research in different departments.
It has a good library that comes with many books, journals, etc.
There are excellent placement opportunities for CS and IT students. However, it differs according to the market trends. The campus is visited by several core companies.
It also conducts sports, clubs, technical and cultural fests.
The labs are well equipped.

Disadvantages:

Security is very strict, you cannot go freely in and out of the campus.
The campus is small, including the sports grounds.
Hostel facilities are not up to the mark.
The interaction between juniors and seniors is very little.

Thus, make an informed decision. Go through as many reviews as possible before finalizing. As this will shape your career ahead.
