Likes
- State government scholarship,alumni scholarships are available.the students can fetch it to get financial assistance.the pacement opportunities are good ,they provide plcement trainings.
- The faculty and staffs in our college are highly experienced and everyone have completed their phd.90% of the staffs are friendly with the students .the concepts taught by the faculty are highly efficient and makes our work of learning easy.
- The maintenance is outstanding. the campus will be always very clean
Dislikes
- The girls hostel timings are bad . Girls should be in before 6.30 . So taking outside classes can be complicated
- The campus area is small which leads to a chaotic environment though its not a considerable drawback.
- College doesn't support any student related teams that participate in national or higher level competitions.

- I personally liked the college location as it is located in the center part of Coimbatore.
- My campus life is overall a good experience but not the most excited one.
- College Infrastructure is good and the renovating process happens as soon as when it is required.
Dislikes
- I personally hate teaching methods as mostly I was learning from the internet instead of learning much in classroom.
- College Sports and Lab facilities definitely needs an improvement in my opinion.
- Most of the times, I am studying just to maintain my CGPA not to learn any new things.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible for summer internships starting from 5th semester. And from 7th semester, students are eligible for Full Time Employment oppurtunities.
Companies visited:
Google - 30+ LPA
Amazon - 20+ LPA
Morgan Stanley - 20+ LPA
SAP - 20+ LPA
Nutanix - 50+ LPA
DE Shaw - 60+ LPA
Visa - 20+ LPA
In 2024, Nutanix and DE Shaw offered has highest packages for Software developer role, and average package per company will be around 20+ LPA for those companies. Till October 2024, 50% of my classmates got placed. I got placed in MNC so after my degree I will pursue my employment career in that MNC.

- Lab facilities in our college is great compared to the other colleges and each department have seperate labs.
- There will be more inter college events and social interaction events conducted monthly.
- The teaching method was excellent and it differs based on the faculty like some will use ppt and some other used seperate notes which will be engaging.
Dislikes
- Our college is mostly study and placement focussed, so the enjoyment will be lesser compared to other colleges. If you wish for better carrer this will be a best place.
- The infrastructure of our college can be improvised more.
- Deadlines are fixed and short, so that there will be little bit pressure but not that much.
Placement Experience:
In my batch currently the placements are happening. Around most of the students are already get placed. In my previous batch the placements percentage is more than 90% and some are students are opted for higher studies. From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements and it starts from July. There will be more than 150 companies visited our college and some are pending, Overall more than 200 companies will visit every year. The highest package offered is 64 LPA(D.E. Shaw FTE Conversion) and the average will be around 12 LPA. Companies like D.E shaw, Google, Apple, Arcesium, Arista, Visa, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Citi bank, IDFC bank, IBM, Micron, Western Digital, KLA, SAP Labs, Intuit India, BNY Mellon, HPE etc visited our campus. My plan is to getting placed after joining this college and fortunately i got placed.

- The diversity and the qualtiyt of students who join will be high
- the curriculum will be good and every student get equal oppourtunity to do stuffs
- Placements are the best thing in our college. As every major MNCs attend our college for placements. the companies include Google, Amazo,Apple,oracle etc..
Dislikes
- The infrastruture is not that great comparing other colleges
- The Staffs Quality wontbe that good as many lack the ability to come along with the students.
- The placement policy is quite not helpful for many stucents as when a students gets into a company he cannot sit for another company.
Placement Experience:
The Placements are way good than we expect. Students who join here will definitely have a good placement. The companies visiting PSG are mostly Product based companies . Some of the companies are Google, Apple, Amazon etc.. Many companies like DE Shaw attend our college every year. Many startups also visit our college. So students based on their prefernece choose the company they want and could attend the process.

- Class timings and schedules can be altered on daily basis by the students itself on many occasions.
- There is a hostel council and students union consists of students which actively takes part in maintaining rules
- There are more than 30 clubs in the college and each club is unique its own way,clubs focuses on social services
Dislikes
- The staffs are always management supportive and they are very conservative in their ideology also staffs are dont express
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible to attend internship interview from 5th semester and full time job interview from 6th semester.
The placements are good and more than 100 IT companies visits the campus every year
Highest package is 58 lpa in rupees and lowest on circuit departments are 4 lpa in rupees
Around 80% of students get placements
I planned to get on campus placements with above 12lpa packages as an developer or as an analyst in a good tech company

Placement Experience:
The students were offered placements in semester 7 and each student can get only one offer.
Multiple top companies like Microsoft, Bosch, Goldman Sachs, Qualcomm, Intel, Arcesium, and DEshaw came for hiring.
The highest package was 35LPA and the lowest was 4LPA.
All the students who met the company standards were provided placements.

Placement Experience:
100% placement is offered in my college. 99.9% of students got placed in my department every year. 7th semester onwards companies started visiting my college. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Arsesium, Amazon, Bosch are visited every year. The maximum package offered is 35lakh/annum. The average Package offered is 10lakh/annum. The minimum package offered is 4 lakh /annum.

Well,it is one of the best college in Tamilnadu and India also.There is lot of placement offers also.I ve taken IT course because software skills is most required to survive in the future world.So I choose a best college with best cours to lead my future life better
