Vignan's Institute of Information Technology (VIIT) is a private institute established in 2002. Placement scenario in the campus, highest and average package being offered

From 3rd semester onwards the campus placements will start .There will be more companies visit our college like axis bank and hdfc and also some mnc companies as well .The average package is 4lpa and the maximum package 15lpa .The students who got more than 70 percent will get highest packages and pass the interview process.and who got 60 percent also get packages starting from 6lpa.My plan is to get highest package offer from the placement and in this college.

Internship opportunities provided by the college

Internships like eduskills rightnkw we are doimg along with our semester and in 2nd year we have Internship and for that we need to go outside and search for an internship and do project on that.It is very mandatory and keeps student on track about how the corporate structure works and also make them understand the capabilities required if they are lacking any they can improve by doing internship and learn new things and try to get good and secured job.

Various events and festivals celebrated in the college

There are lot of fests which are conducted by the college in which yuvatarang is most popular in this state in which students will reach out to the sponsers and bring sponsorship to the fest.not only that there are many events like Dussehra event and pongal event and dance competitions.Other competition like sports,tournaments and issuing of prizes .Events like freshers day and farewell day where all the seniors and juniors combinely celebrate the event along with the faculty

What is the fees associated with the course and criteria for getting scholarship in campus?

Actual fee structure per annum is 47500/- there is no scholarship availability for the post graduate students.There will be other fees like lab fees and library fees combinely have 3500/- and we have interactive session like wings in that session per annum we are paying 1000/-. There is no merit student fee reimbursement and category wise scholarship available .Actually it is worth for paying here.There are charging not adequate amount.every single penny we are paying here is worth .Because they are very cautious with the amount we are paying .Like providing lab ,sports and other sessions.There is another course available here and that is MCA for that the fee structure per annum is 58000/- .our batchmate fee is same as mine.There is no difference and there is no high amount or low amount. For everyone the pay is equal and treated everyone equally.

Students view on course curriculum and teaching methods

The teaching of skills directly applicable to our career goals, or the course's flexibility to suit our.interests. They use industry relevant topics.There will be some casestudies as well which is going to help the students to face real world challenges.There are many topics for example organization behaviour which is going to teach the students about behavior towards organization not only that they teach more topics which is related to real world industries and organization. The teaching method is too good .they use different techniques .There will be frequent conduct of examination .It is good and more beneficiary for the students to cope up with the syllabus on time.and makes it easier for the students to prepare for the final exams.

Students view on faculties and examination pattern being followed in the college

There is very good relationship between students and faculty. The ratio is 1:5 .students will feel very free to discuss there things with faculty and faculty also let students to speak up and share their thoughts and there is an good encouragement.I like Ravindra sir and mamatha madam.they teach AFM and BCSS I like the way they are teaching. There teaching is very unique and the way they explain until the students understand the concept clearly.there is no need of separate preparation in class itself they feed the content with their lectures in student minds.There is no one I disliked here .Because every faculty has a different style of teaching and everyone will teach very friendly nature.The students will feel free to interact with faculty without any fear thats more appreciable thing here.There will be weekend exams ,mid exams,Semester exams .There is medium level which means not easy and not that difficult. The student will pass the exam for sure if they maintain attendance and listen the lectures clearly.It is more likely relevant to course curriculam like current Industrail requirements and jobs.

Admission process and eligibility criteria

There will be an entrance exam for the mba and that is icet.And I got 3500 rank in that course. Later i applied for vignans institution and then i got selected the college i choosen.I felt very happy and excited to join the college which i have been interested.When i came here for the admission process the management responded very well and makes the admission process very easy.There are management seats and counselling seats the students who wrote icet exams will get counselling seats and students who didn't wrote may opt for management the management seats very limited so they have to select and try for the seats prior to two months.whereas counselling seats are compulsory and confirmed seats for the students who got placed after writing icet exams and get seat in vignans.It was so simple and smooth flow of admission process .The staff there took responsibility and did all the admission process.

Night Life

We hangout more in basketball court and shuttle bat court.And most peaceful place is under the trees .At breaktimes we hangout in canteen and eat our favorite food.when we have exams or any competitive exam we visit library. The locality is very safe to roam because we are under cctv surveillance. So there is no problem arises and also security guards keep an eye on the students and write intime and outtime and also check the permission slips.

In addition to vignan, I had applied for Gayatri vidya parishad college and ANITS college and also AU engineering college in visakhapatnam. I got admission in Artificial Intelligence branch in Vignan. I had applied for CSE branch in all the above colleges and due to my eamcet rank I couldn't get admission in cse. Then I had applied for AI brach in vignan. I believed that vignan college is better in teaching and placements than other colleges. So, if not cse I opted for AI in vignan.

Admission:

The admission process of our college is free of cost. We submit our allotment orders along with the tranfer certificate and then we do receive some information which is related to our admission in the college. The main reason for me to choose this college is it has good placements when compared to other private colleges and also the travelling is easy for me. better campus with infrastructure or labs placements records branch change policy jee mains, eamcet exams are considered and assigned through counselling as per cut offs for different categories, different branch has different cutoffs
