The placements provided by college management are very less due to high competition. The main companies visit fir the computer science stream, especially coding skills. So few placement takes place namely companies like Hyundai and some other companies visited for placements.

Students are eligible for campus placements from 3rd year. Students who are skilled enough can have a chance to secure a job. Many students go for placements in 4th year. Many companies collaborated with colleges and provided placements including Hyundai, Intel, Wipro, Genpact, IBM, tcs, and, etc. Byjus selected two students at 10 lpa in recent trends and Genpact made 42 placements. Due to high competition for placements, I plan to go on to higher studies.

College provides campus drives after consulting a few companies to visit the college. Compared to the previous years the no of students placed in the college decreased. In recent times Genpact which established a branch in the local city offered 42 placements at 4.2 lpa. I plan to go on to higher education to complete my master's. Companies like Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Genpact, Capgemini, Infosys, Hyundai, byjus, etc visited for campus drive. The highest package is around 10 lpa and the average is around 3.4 lpa.

This course is the best course in this college and computer science and engineering is the future hoped course. Computer science and engineering is the high package giving course and also for my rank 65173 this is best for all aspects

The placements are good. The college offers many placements better than some small colleges but in these times those are not enough. From 6 th sem placements are available. Compared to previous years this year placements have been reduced. Last year almost 5 students got 10lpa while this year only one got 10lpa. Genpact visited and offered 42 chances at 4.5lpa. The placement percentage dropped to nearly 15 to 20 percent.

The college provides campus placement options. College management consults companies and requests them to attend the placement drive . There is separate dedicated faculty to manage all these placements. The lowest package starts from 1.3 and goes to even 10 lpa. Not only campus drive but the faculty also gives information about any openings offered from outside. Most students wish to go abroad for higher studies.

There is an active placement cell in Vaagdevi College which takes the details of the 3rd year students and posts the available internships and job vacancies. The highest package in the previous year is 10 lakhs and the lowest is 1.4 lakhs. Wipro, Amazon, Hyundai, TCS, Genpact etc participate in campus placement.

Actually, Vaagdevi College invites all the respective companies for placements but only a few companies offer placements. Due to strict competition, there is a shortage of jobs those who are well-trained and skilled get the jobs. In this competitive world we should go in a new way so trying a business or going abroad is my plan. Recently Genpact and Cyient have visited and offered a few placements. The percentage of placement is less in any college right now.

Faculty follow the regulations and curriculum given by the jntu board. For every 30 students, there will be a faculty. The ratio of faculty to students is roughly 1:30. The faculty is qualified and suitable for teaching while few have but are not well experienced. The sem exams will be conducted every 5 months.
