- Library facility is the best in our college, it provides books all all genres and a peaceful environment to study.
- There are various colleges clubs .related to every sector like marketing, finance, drama etc.
- Those red buildings of DU provides aesthetic environment and a sense of college life to each individual
Dislikes
- Unavailability of gym facility in our college to non-sports person is what I disliked about it
- Some Faculty attitude towards students is not so good as they delay each and everything in college and does not take things seriously
- Campus area of my college is very less due to which there's no campus life and also unavailability of sufficient hostels.
Placement Experience:
Placements at top DU colleges like SRCC, SSCBS, LSR, Hindu, Miranda, St. Stephen's and hansraj are pretty good. They offer various internship as well as placement opportunities. Generally companies start their visit to colleges in the month of nov-dec students become eligible in their 5th semester and many companies visits and offer various offers. Top tier companies like BCG, BAIN and LEK offer very limited no. Of offers. Highest package was about 23LPA in our college and average was 7LPA and median was somewhat 6LPA. generally students gets placed from BCOM(H) and ECONOMICS (H) and few no. Of students gets placed because other decides to go for masters. My plans after completing this degree is to study masters in economics from a reputed institute.

- Library of our college is very nice as it offers very silent and comfortable sturdy hall with the desktops for everyone to use and a huge 3 story book collection from different fields
- The well known LP area for students to meet and spend a good time
- Hansraj's mentor program where each group of junior get's a mentor of their own who is generally a senior of their own course to help own in studies and different things
Dislikes
- The teaching atitude of some professors is very odd.
- The gym of hansraj and sports facilities access is only available to students who came in through sports quota.
Placement Experience:
Hansraj offers placements but only to specific courses and the job offers are average to the students. Last year's highest offer was 35 lpa with an average of 12 lpa and this year's highest of 25 lpa and 8 lpa average. Most of the job offers are made to the bcom hons and economics hons students. In addition it is easy to find off campus placement as the hansraj name is well known among the best companies of the field, also the alumni network is very strong so it becomes more easy to find a job

- Societies here in hansraj are great quality and guide you through everything,as they say there's a society for everything
- The crowd here in hansraj is true cream and everyone is a champion right from school
- The campus is pretty clean and hygienic and the libraries are AC equipped
Dislikes
- The societies some times are toxic in terms of the workload and credits offered and promotion scenes are crazy
- The campus is too small as compared to other colleges as you get bored after a while running around the same grounds
- The administration is strict and always keeps us on our toes,it is always hard to seek permissions for anything we do
Placement Experience:
Placements arrive right after our 4th semesters and students across diverse courses are eligible however the most demanded are bcom and economic honours courses along with people in combination courses for these
We see placements majorly in finance and consulting roles
The placement cell helps most of us get placed but it moreover would depend on one's achievements the highest package goes upto 23 lakhs per annum in hansraj
My plans would incline towards a placement however if I don't get one I'll look forward for an mba course

- The infrastructure itself is sufficient and worthwhile.
- The college canteen is affordable and provides different cuisines.
- The open atmosphere and a less restricted environment allows to communicate with other students freely

- The hostel does not have adequate accommodation for all students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum itself is quite interesting and provides a in depth knowledge about the course. The curriculum starts at the very beginning which helps even the students who have never studied the subjects before. Even the course material for the subjects is descriptive and easy to understand. A student studying in economics honours would be through with all the concepts and have a better time in opting for further education in the same field

- The college's campus and it's vibrant atmosphere. It really emphasis on our overall scholastic development
- The college's societies are also well doing in their perspective fields
- The infrastructure is also very well maintained, the campus is clean there are gardens Greenery.
Dislikes
- The faculty can be improved a bit because our teachers aren't loud and the class size is big so backbenchers cant hear properly also they can be more friendly in nature
Placement Experience:
As I said that I'm a fresher so I really don't know much about placement. Companies such as Deloitte, HDFC bank , Amazon came out college for recruitment. Highest package that a student got was of 36 lakhs per annum. I don't want a placement after my bachelor's degree because I have to prepare for MBA .

- Infrastructure of the college is pretty good
- You can have access to library anytime during college hours which is quite good.
- Faculty is also good though they are educated by reputed institutions such as jnu or delhi University itself
Dislikes
- Library should be accessible to students throughout the day.
- Teachers are not very concerned about teaching
- Hostels provided by the college are very limited and the cost of living is quite high in the north campus
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have chosen delhi University for the preparation of civil services examination. There are various societies present which you can join. Semester exams are not very tough so you can focus more on your job preparation.

- The Happening nature of the college and the university.

- The infrastructure could have been better.
- Cheaper Residential chances, and hostels for more students.
- Centralised / Efficient College administration
Placement Experience:
The placements depends on a lot of factors. Some courses have more than others. Students with overall balanced Resume have more placement opportunities than others. After the fourth semester, top companies provide placement opportunities. Having 800000 avg placement offered and 350000 highest placement, college's placement cell does it's job.

- Lp area is the most famous area in the whole du.
- Hansraj has most beautiful library with wifi and AC.
- So many cafes in the college premises, student enjoy cafe life..
Dislikes
- Authority is quite strict in nature their behavior is not good.
- Fee is little bit more than any other college.
- AC does not work maximum time in summer.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am studying philosophy hons from hansraj college.
Course is easy to understand but in starting it is little confusing then afterward it becomes easy.
Teaching staff really helpful to the student.
With their help you can score good marks in sem exams.

- Some teachers are very supporting and help the students in understanding the concept and also gove them extra class if they have any doubt in the tutorial class
- Library is the best place in my opinion in the college and it is a good place to study
- College provides us refreshments after the seminar which is I think liked by all the students in our college
Dislikes
- Faculties are good but take classes regularly in college but some faculties does not take classes in the college regularly.
- Infrastructure is very good in one part of the college and in another part of the college it is not so good
- Prices of the food items in the canteen of our college is very high
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have learned something I don't say that I have learnt something useful which help me in future and in real life but as you know the sec has introduced and vac too so in which we have some courses like data analysis and python I have learnt both of them and I think it will help me and also in vac I have chosen Vedic maths and I have to give government exam so it will also help me in quant section as we have to do calculation in the quant section fastly we have learnt so many things I have learnt how to do break multiplication and cross multiplication which after practice improve your calculation speed and in core subjects I don't think that I have learnt something which will be going to help me

- I liked the environment. The amount of greenry in the campus is enormous
- The crowd is very educated and open minded.
- The faculty is very supportive, one can discuss anything with the professors
Dislikes
- No good fest is organised in the college.
- Sports equipments are not available easily.
- Library timings are very inconvenient for students.
Placement Experience:
We have a placement cell in our college which provides placements for the students at the end of their course and it also offers internship opportunities. Almost 90 percent of the students gets placed at an average package of 10 lpa.

One of my friends graduated with a B.A Economics (H) from Hansraj last year. So, I think I can answer your question.
Here are some of the best things about the institute.
- This college has an ‘old world’ feel. The infrastructure of the college is great.
- The fee structure is affordable as compared to other private colleges.
- It has some incredible graduates, including Shahrukh Khan, Ranvijay, and Anurag Kashyap. The list is really long.
- Amazing crowd, the individuals here are both fun and hardworking at the same time. Admission is based on merit in qualifying examinations.
- Some of our professors are truly amazing, you will not find such professors at other colleges, even SRCC.
- There are many societies to explore like dramatics, photography society, and fine arts society, etc.
- The hostel was my friend’s home for three years, and there is simply no better place to stay when studying at Hansraj. However, it doesn’t have a girls’ hostel.
- North Campus has the best college location.
You will not regret choosing the institute.
