Rs 100 will charge for registration and if we talk about the frequency and timing of exam so it is quite good and the difficulty level is depend on the preparation. If you prepare from previous year papers then you will definitely find it very easy. According to me the areas for improvement in the admission process is the website is very slow.

But for verification, you have to go to the college when they call you for the verification of your documents after getting your name in the merit list displayed by the college(available online + offline ). Colleges need to maintain the college.
