Placement Experience:
The students are eligible for placements after the 4th semester. More than 120 companies visited for the campus recruitment and they made 1 to 15 offers. The highest salary offered is INR 65 lacs and the average package is 17.35 lakhs per year. The profiles offered ranged from analyst to management trainee. 100% of students were placed. My plan after getting the degree is to get a job and gain corporate experience for a few years.

Placement Experience:
100% placement was completed for the batch of 2021-23. The final placement season for the outgoing batch of 2021-2023 had surpassed all expectations with remarkable result in just 15 days.
The average package was 17.35 lakhs per annum with a median of 16 lakhs per annum. Average of top 100 students stabds at 25 lakhs per annum with a median at 22.23 lakhs per annum. Highest international salary was 65.6 lakhs per annum while highest domestic salary was 34 lakhs per annum.
The final placement process has seen a participation from 150+ companies which included 77 new recruiters. Total number of PPOs received was 75.

- I really liked my hostel room, it is comfortable and has a good stable internet connection.
- The food here is really good and will feel like home.
Dislikes
- The hectic schedule is sometimes very tiresome, but that's expected in an instituition of this league.
- Weekends are not free and we are trained for tough situations.

International was 64 lpa My plan after getting my degree is to work in the marketing domain in an established MNC.

- Faculty - Faculties and very nice and welcoming and are ready to provide support round the clock which is a bonus for any students.
- Campus life - The life in campus is very vibrant and happening.
- Peers- We get a diverse range of peers coming from different backgrounds.
Placement Experience:
The placements here are very good considering a high batch size of around 650 students. The average for this year has been 17.35 LPA and the median has been 16 LPA which is quite good. The highest salary offered for this year was 65.6 LPA. The average for the top 10 and 20%iles for the batch has been 29.61 LPA and 25.3 LPA respectively with medians being 28.75 LPA and 22.23 respectively. 150+ companies participated in the placements process this season.

- College life was fabulous. Everyday spent in the college was memorable.
- Campus life was so amazing. Partying one night before the exam was so common.
- Infrastructure and amenities were quite good.
Placement Experience:
After the 1st year, students are enrolled in internships, After internships get over, students can start enrolling for the placements once the placement week begin. All the top companies that you can name like Google, HSBC, Flipkart, Puma, etc, visit the campus for final as well as internship selections. The average package for 22-23 is 17.5 lakhs. And college provides a 100% placements guarantee to all students. Companies from all sectors visit the campus with all sorts of role for the students to select from.

Course Curriculum Overview:
There are six trimesters out of which the first two is common for all streams after which we have to choose our own major specialization from operations, finance, marketing and Human Resource and do courses according to those and other choices for the minor specialization.

One of my friends pursued PGDM Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. Here is her review.
- IMT Ghaziabad is known for its Marketing specialization. You will have great opportunities to explore your interests in different domains of Marketing. The faculty base is highly experienced. The course curriculum includes a wide range of case studies, projects, and various events.
- The administration has taken a lot of initiative to regain past glory. One such initiative was reducing the batch intake to 450 for the 2021 academic year.
- IMT has also recently started the PGDM BFS program in collaboration with Vlerick Business School, Belgium. The program is delivered by Vlerick faculties along with IMT faculties. This program offers international exposure in different domains of Finance.
- The placement statistics of IMT had an upward slope in recent years. An average CTC of 12.4 LPA was offered during the 2021 placement drive.
- The campus has a student-driven culture. There are various clubs and committees that you can take part in.
