JSS Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students start getting placements from the end of the 6th sem onwards. For the CS branch, many tech companies visited including cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Paytm. Students are also placed in amazon 30l, adobe-40 lac, bright money, zomato. The placement, the percentage is around 90%.

GENERALLY THE COLLEGE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INTERNSHIPS . BUT THOSE STUDENTS WHO HAVE SKILL CAN TRY OFFCAMPUS AND THERE ARE SENIORS WHO EVEN GOT A INTERNSHIP OF 60K PER MONTH IN 2021. BUT GENERALLY FROM 3 RD YEAR YOU CAN SIT FOR THE PLACEMENTS . AND COLLEGE DO NOT A STUDENTS TO HAVE MORE THAN 1 OFFER DURING PLACEMENTS . TALKING ABOUT THE AVERAGE PACKAGE FOR CS AND IT IS AROUND 3.25L AND HIGHEST IS 40 LAC . BUT THERE IS NO PLACEMENT FOR CORE BRANCHES . SO TAKE IT ON YOUR RISK. COMPANIES LIKE ACCENTURIER,WIPRO ,AMAZON ,BYJU VISITS IN OUR COLLEGE.THERE IS AROUND 90 PERCENT PLACEMENT FOR CS BUT WHEN YOU TALK WHOLE IT IS AROUND 52 PERCENT.

The college provides nice placement if you have good knowledge about the subjects and coding etc .The highest package could be 40 lpa but its is mostly given to girls by Adobe .The average package is around 5 . Mostly everybody is placed in CSE and IT , who have given even a little care to the placements .But the package could be very low .For better placements you need to go for off-campus placements. Companies visiting the college are Samsung,TCS,Wipro and sometimes Amazon .Some other companies also come .

After the 6th semester, we are eligible for placements. Our placement cell is very active and most of the students get a nice package. Placements take place throughout the 4th year so it is up to the student that when they want to take part in it

Students of 6th semester are eligible for campus placement tests as some companies come for it, but mostly from 7th semester companies visit the campus for placement activities. Apart from the efforts from the college, the university also has programs for placements and through which also one can get a good job. Considering both college level and university level placement activities highest package is 18 lpa and average will be 4.5 lpa for computer science branch. About 85% of students get placed.

The campus provides 100 percent placement. And most of the students get placement from the college itself. Though non-tech students crack examinations for higher studies with good results. And Students also get entrepreneurship opportunities from the college.

College placement is extremely good. in this pandemic also provided placement opportunities by college many companies like TCS Wipro Tech Mahindra are coming for placement. In the CSE Department 80-90% of placement done every year.

There are 3 exams called CIA's..abbreviated for..class internal assessment held every two months..in a semester..which is of the duration 6 months..then the annual written examination which is of 100 marks all subjects. For my course..there are 6 theory subjects and 4 practical ones. The difficulty level is medium and if the student works consistently, most of the external questions asked are directly from the textbooks provided and prescribed.

Almost every student got placed in the college in our course. The highest salary package offered is 40 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3.1 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Adobe, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, etc. Almost 80% of the students got internships from our course in companies like Infosys, Samsung, Texas, etc. Top roles offered in our course are electronic engineer, device engineer, electronic director, etc.B.Tech from JSS(located in Sector 62, Noida), if you are sincere and ready to work hard, there is no lack of opportunities here. One can do anything here. Learn a new language, coachings nearby/online/reach out a senior. Further studies- GATE/CAT/SAT - coaching center nearby. Internship - most companies have offices in Noida and many have even in sector 62 itself. The region is NOIDA - Delhi NCR region with many other facilities.plans to work for software engineer in a good company ,which can improve my career.
