JSS Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Final year students are applicable for on-campus placements. The average placement here is 4-5 lakhs. The most common companies are the usual bunch (Wipro, TCS etc). Some big companies like Amazon visit sometimes.

According to the college report of 2020, more than 80% of the students get placed in placements from Computer Science and IT branches. The highest salary package offered in JSS was 40 LPA in Adobe, and many companies visit the college, which offers an average salary package of 10 LPA.

The college is excellent in terms of placements and offers 100% placement. The highest package offered till now is by Adobe of about 42 Lakhs per year. Other companies are Wipro and Cognizant which also offer decent packages. Students can apply for placements in the last year.

Not heard of it much for placement. But it is considered best among its peer. CS package is definitely fine like 5-6 lakh if you have you know well, and if you have given extra efforts there is a lot of opportunities outside near the place, you can apply for jobs there. It's just for CS skills matter and if you are good at it, I believe you can get like 10 lakh per annum which is decent.

Placements are not that great. If you are from CS or IT branch you will get definitely get placed. Most of the service companies show up on campus with a maximum package of 6 LPA. Amazon came for on-campus placement last year. Few students were selected from the 4th year.

In the 6th semester, the students can apply for on-campus placements. The on campus placements are good and various companies visit the college. Students can also apply for higher studies after college and prepare for other competitive exams. Different companies like Accenture / Mindtree, Altos, Adobe, Wipro, Hive Minds, Juspay, etc. These companies offered packages ranging from 3.5Lpa to 40.0Lpa. almost 80-90% of students who apply for placements got placed. Other students can opt for different courses and go for higher studies or other competitive exams. Since college is in Noida, which is the technical hub, so a lot of companies visit to pick students for jobs.

Placement in my college was quite good when comparing to other colleges of UP. But the majority of them were mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro etc. But some good startups also hire from our colleges like Paytm, Gradeup etc... In recent years top MNC were also visited JSS like Adobe, Amazon etc. The highest package was 42 lakhs which was given by Adobe and the average were 5 lakh. Almost 70-75% students got placed in my branch ie, CSE who sit in the placements. Currently my plan is to secure a good placement.

Placement here is really good for non core branch like CS, IT And ECE last year highest was 40CTC by adobe for a CSE student, Amazon visited and hired 3 students for 30lpa and Kronos hired 6 students on 15lpa and Samsung also visits and many other companies also overall it is good. For non core to companies visit like Samsung heavy industry brand hired on 6lpa. Byjus visited here also.

From the 7th semester you are eligible to sit for the placements. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, IBM, NIIT technologies, BYJUS, Daffodil, Amazon India, WIPRO Campegimi and many more. In 19-20 around 134 companies visited the campus and about 569 students were placed, with average package of 4 lacs. You can visit the college website to check the NIRF report, for average package. I want to get placed in top companies and grab the highest package after getting my degree.

Teachers and faculty are too good. They will try their best and apply all their efforts. There will be three internals in one semester and it's best practice to understand things better. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:50. I choose this course due to my own interest.
