D.G. Ruparel College of Arts Science and Commerce Mumbai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I am pursuing my bachelor's degree i.e. bachelors in management studies (event management)from dg Ruparel college. And the curriculum explains a lot about practical life management skills and the abilities to make decisions on the basis of the company

Colleges provide placement facilities with packages up to 4.40LPA. Studies in and after the 3rd year of their graduation are eligible for placement facilities. An average package is provided of 2 lakh per year up to 8 lakh per year. 50-60% of students get successful placement every year.

The course curriculum is okay not the best we can say. They need to improve it. The teaching method is also good but not the best. The exams are difficult. It is a good examination center as the staffs are helpful and the environment is not bad.

Our college offer placement after graduation.many companies hire employees from our college.many companies like reliance ,TATA are came for campus.

The faculty is great and the campus provides a friendly environment to study. The events happening here are full of enthusiasm. Various cultural activities too happen very often. The examination are held according to the university schedule.

The D.G ruparel is placed at matunga which near dadar. Which is more comfortable to bunk and have plans near by traveling is not a big deal with your group. The colllege plus had a big campus which enhance it's beauty. The teachers teachs us alot well. Bunking is not an issue for my course. The main reason which attracted me was the NCC unit of the college and the ground. The seniors are alot friendly. Canteen is also provide cheap and quality and taste snacks. Feels so Getting my graduation done at a right place.

During third year the students become eligible for placements. The students are given projects to do research upon

It has very good reputation also the faculty is very good and it has a wide campus. Many festivals and events are organized here. Facilities are good . library is very nice. It is very close to matunga station.

Nothing bad to say. Just I feel there should be more encouragement for all the students

From my perspective, the college has more negative stuff than positive things. So I would be glad to point out some negative stuff. 1. They should start conducting industrial visits for students. I don't know why this college doesn't encourage industrial visits. 2. The college needs to change the faculty. They need some more qualified faculty and not average teachers. 3. Students are only allowed to play any sports after 4 p.m in the ground which sucks. Being a degree college student our lectures end by 11-12 p.m. Why would a student wait till 4 p.m to play on the ground?
