Likes

One of the best thing I liked is the library.more than 5000 books are available and can issue books for the semester.
Strict anti ragging rules are followed .
Teacher are good and student friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Most of the teachers explains in Marathi .
Campus area and infrastructure should be better.
Sports equipment facilities are not present in the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Placement of ENTC is not better while in CSE and IT it's ok. Teachers give therortical knowledge more than practical knowledge. So there must be improvement in that. I took major degree in ENTC with minor degree in CSE.

teachers are very friendly in nature also supportive
hostel has good ambiance the mess is very good the food is hygenic
anti ragging both hostel and college have wifi feature projector learning

Dislikes

average pacakge is very less about 4 lakh only
campus is very small about 22 accers only
the canteen in the college is closed and canteeen food is not hygenic

the collage is autonomous so they teaches us like they are making us industry ready every week we get an lecture from industry expert we get practical knowleadge of everything also there are time to time event to cheak our knowledge they should improve the invagilator facility during the exam

What i feel

Likes

Good locality and hostel is near the college.
Exams are very easy and there is no such extra headache.
Teachers are good and support you in your personal growth.

Dislikes

They don't allow easily any students for the offline intership.
Conduct exam every month and give alot assignment.
Not good sports facilities and rearly organizes the event.

Placement Experience:

In terms of placement our college performs average, recently companies which visit are providing 5 lpa offers from previous year the highest packs was 18 lpa from Flipkart. companies visit such as TCS, Accenture, Global solution, Infosys etc.

Likes

College has good and experienced faculty.
College has good and antiragging environment.
College has good library and wifi is also available.

Dislikes

Placement is not that much good. Average packege is 4 lpa.
Campus is so small that was in 22 acers.
Sport facilities are not good for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course has good placement as compared to other branches. Teacher takes power bi lecture on sunday. To prepare real world applications. End semester exam has 60 marks and it it easy to score good marks. Exam difficulty level is low.

Faculty:All the teachers are highly educated and experienced .
Hostel:hostel rooms are very neat and clean.
Events:Wit solapur organanises a large no. of events .The most famous is Atharva.

Dislikes

The size of the campus is very small,it is around 22 acres.
The placement is not too good ,but it is average around 70% of the students are placed this year.On campus highest package is only 9 lpa.
The students have to maintain the minimum attendence of 75% that is not good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i have chosen cse cousrse because it is having better than others relatively. They conduct some industry expert lecture to make the student ready to face the real world that is to work in industry. as the college is autonomous so they ask only those question(imp question) which are taught by them.so student prepare only those question for the exams.thus college need to add those things which are more practical not theortical . they conduct ise exams by the end of every month.

Likes

I liked the infrastructure of this college classrooms are good all rooms come with projectors in it.
Facility of the college is good they provides well guidance to students
Environment of here is also good it's well mannered

Dislikes

I think the fees are but more for the students who belong to open category
Hostels aren't that good the food provided their is not good
College should focus more on practicals.

Placement Experience:

I haven't graduated yet but i heard from my seniors that college provides decent placements all the major companies visit college for recruitment companies like Mahendra, Infosys, TCS these all companies regularly visit.

Likes

Well facilitated library with number of books and papers
Goof infrastructure and a huge college campus
Well educated faculties for proper training

Dislikes

No well planned extra curriculum activities
Some of the faculties do not make proper use of technology and no proper internships are provided

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the best things about choosing mechanical engineering at this college was the availability of workshops and 3D printing labs. There are some areas for improvement such as some faculties cannot make proper use of technology (they just read it from ppt) and also need to improve their interpersonal skills. Exams were conducted regularly and it was moderate-level difficulty.

My Honest Review for WIT SOLAPUR

Likes

The staff is quite supportive. Classes are decent
For some subjects they use projectors which is quite helpful
The placement are also decent and most subjects are interesting

Dislikes

The timings are much worse specially during summers
Too much assignment and journal completion
And submission is also next level problem.

Placement Experience:

Placements are decent In this college. Many companies recruit students from the college like TCS, WIPRO, PERSISTANT etc. Specially for Entc core branch: Hela is one of the best company which offer about 5-7 lakh package. But If you want much higher package try for offcampus placements. The highest package this year was about 12.5 lakh for CSE branch For Entc the highest package was about 8.5 lakh.
