The fee for EEE branch is 1.5 lakh per annum and fpr other courses like computer science and its related courses are 3 lakh per annun through comedk and they too have the sc st scholarship only the people from Karnataka with sc st certificate can avail the scholarship and the bus fee is 17000 for around the radius of 9 km and 25000 for any city in Bengaluru

A Balanced Blend of Learning , Growth , and Camps Life at SMVIT Bengaluru

I got admission to SMVIT through COMEDK , and the annual fees is around 2,81,000. For students admitted through KCET , the fees are comparetively lower -- around 1,00,000 per year. The college does not provide any in-house sholarships , but studentscan apply for private or external scholarships on their own. Since the college is affiliated with VTU ,the structure under COMEDK remains almost the same every year i.e about 2.81 lakhs annualy. The fees is paid yearly,not semester-wise

An inside view to SMVIT

I have rupee 5 lakh , because I am a student from management quota and paid the fees for application and prospectus fees ,tution fees , development fees,dte miscellaneous fees, vtu registration fee, vtu miscellaneous fees , college miscellaneous fees for lab manual, tests, internet , function , forums, handbook, kalanjali, iste, library, projects,projects lab,t and p cell, teachers flag , group insurance , medical insurance, alumni meet, alumni association, industrial visit ,news letter , seminar, seminar fees , sports and games , eligibility fees ,skill lab fees, miscellaneous fees. We don't have any scholarship to avail and ya extra 20,000 has been taken for any damage feees which is not mentioned in the fees slips. My batch mate who came through comdek there fees is 2,81,000 and those who came through kcet there fees is 97,000 and those who are scheduled caste and tribe people there fees is 7000 per year. Hostel fees is 73000 for vegetarian and 75000 for ni vegetarian. College campus is beautiful and big but they don't have any entrance gate so any body can enter . College has many trees and many places but they have old building structure but lights for night is very beautiful. The most beautiful building of our college is SMVIT New library which is located in front of boys hostel. The fees for boys hostel is a little more expensive than girls hostel . Boys hostel has good infrastructure than girls hostel and even way of living is better for them. Boys hostel for vegetarian cost 77000 and for non vegetarian it is 80000. There are 5 units in boys hostel and 3 units in girls hostel. College hai dental college as well where students can go for checkup and there BDS students study also. Overall to say is my college campus is of 135 acre with 7 main building called new block which the admin block of the college, science block or basic block , electrical and civil block, mechanical block, old lib ,new lib , Auditorium both old and new, architecture block , glass box.

fees structure and scholarship. 1)basically for kcet enterance exam fee 95k-1lakh.for comed-k it is 2,61,216 ,mangement we need to pay 10lakhs as donation and 2,61,216 as per 2023-2024batch this include even lab fees . fees for management can be reduced if u can request with respected faculty or management staff. 2)scholarship : there is ssp only for karnataka students and rest information college will provide details about other kinds of scholarship.

I paid 1,15,000 as first year fee 92,000 as second year fee So the fee will be deducted year by year and trust me the coaching is just worth the fee. I got through kcet so the fee is bit low or the management fee would cost even more higher.

The college is good

As I am student from management. My fee is 4L per year and varies every year. And hostel fee is off 67k-89k Depends upon the type of room and food taken (veg/nonveg). There will be no extra cost or fee to be paid except exam fee's Which will be around 1.6k per sem.

Sir MVIT - A decent college with great potential to improve.

Yearly fees is around rs 90,000 for KCET admission (general). Management and comedk fees is around rs 250,000 per year. Management students would have had a separate donation fee of around 4 to 5 L or even 10L depending on branch. Snq quota, sc, st, obc category would have an approx fees of 20,000 to 25,000

The life of me and my college

My college fee structure is around 175000 per year and my batchmate fees differs with mode of admission,kcet and comedk students fee structure is less that the management students,there are government scholarship but only for kcet and comedk students.

Things you must know before you join

The fee here is 107495 per year for kcet students. The fee here is 2 lakh to 5 lakh per annum for management quota and the comdek fees varies around 2.5lakhs acoording to the branch per year, coming to SNQ quota fees is 35,000 per year and for SC caste its 750 rupees per year, their is SSP scholarship available in our college students who have less than 100000 annual income they can apply.
