Dislikes

Cybersecurity it's worst teacher don't know about the subject they are teaching.
There is no cricket groud is available in the college which is very disappointing for the students who love cricket.
Hostel facilities are not good in the sense that is admission process is not easy and room availbility is not solvable dayby day.

I liked that the college is autonomous and it has its own benefits
Also liked the overall environment of the college
Mess food is awesome it focuses on the nutrition content of the food

Dislikes

Campus of the college is very much small most of the space goes in parking
Should focus on placements as the rate of placement decreased this year

The placements in our college are best among any other college in the city.
The environment provided in the college is good .

Dislikes

The fests organized in colleges are even worse . No proper organization , no proper food arrangements and no hospitality .

Placement Experience:

Our college placements are the best in the city . More than 100 companies visit our college during the placements time . Highest package offered last year was about 38 lakhs per annum whereas average package is of about 4 lakhs per annum.

Likes

The infrastructure is great with buildings for every branch.
Huge parking space and green campus with a lot of trees.
Fun and frolic college life with lot of activities and opportunities.

Dislikes

If you fail in a subject the makeup exam fee is huge.
inappropriate use of college campus most of it is parking.
College is built on a slope and has a lot of slopes and speed-breakers.

Placement Experience:

College has a well organised and proactive Trainig and Placement Cell which caters the need of students and make them industry ready. Students from 6/7 semester are eligible for campus placements. The number of companies visited this year (till oct 2023) is 66 and a total of 756 offer were given. The highest package being 37 LPA and average package of 9.8 LPA. About 90% students are placed every year excluding the students opting for higher studies and startups. I am personally looking forward to get a good placement.

I think the social environment of Ramdeobaba is good

Likes

The environment is good and cultural activities takes place frequently
The clubs that are there they give you chance to enhance your soft skills
Canteen is also quite good and infrastructure is also nice

Dislikes

Placements are worst in the college, companies don't provide joining letter and ghost us
Teachers are not well aware of the subjects they are teaching
Management of the college is worst, exams also are not managed properly

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester. A lot of companies visit but the core problem lies in the management. Like Cloud4C visited to our college selecteeld 50+ students and joining from Jan but then they didn't recieve any joining letter till now. They say 90 percentage students placed but in reality nobody gets offer letter

The professors were encouraging and passionate about their subjects

Dislikes

The cultural fest are little delayed and they are held just before the unit test examinations

The campus placements are honestly somewhat sluggish as many students are placed with a package ranging from 4 to 5.5 LPA in the IT companies. Around 80 per cent of students are placed in the campus placements. The highest package was of 32 LPA.

The placement of the college on paper is very bad since layoffs are going on but off paper the college advertises more than the real the highest package would be around 15 lakh but they advertise it as 22 lakh

Shri Ramdeobaba College offers diverse academic programs and extracurricular activities, preparing students for the professional world. Its curriculum fosters critical thinking and innovation, complemented by hands-on learning experience.
The emphasis on holistic development sets this institution apart. Alongside academic excellence, character building and social responsibility are prioritized. Engaging in community initiatives and events has allowed me to give back and grow.

Dislikes

Not much a big ground, and modern facilities
Not well infrastructured of mechanical and core departments and cleaniliness
Not having enough college functions and events

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year ends students are eligible for campus placements, and companies like tata, Mahindra, Tisec, and etc comes and packages are offered Then avg package ranges from 3 lakhs to 5 lpa, and highest went 15 tk 16 lpa this year. More than 60% are placed in placements and my plans after getting the degree is simple i will appear for the master course in mechanical engineering only

Great campus teacher are well trained u for better placement opportunities all teachers are teaching education of more than 15 years so the are well established in there fields or we can say experts in there fields of education and they coperate well
The education system is very good we all know that ramdev baba is one of the best clg from nagpur the clg is know for quality education and placements which they provide toh the students and the campus is strictly prohibited against ragging pr there
Is no hierarchy amoung senior and junior in these clg the campus is very good beside the campus there is girls and boys hostel also no issues for outsider's that they want toh joined the clg not to think too much about the place to stay mess is also

The clg is good as I accepted so no dislikes about the clg
The campus is great I enjoy every day there's
The clg is one the best clg in the nagpur

The placements are upto 95% last year so it's a good ratio the clg is famous for placements also they provide good placements opportunity for the students and they also help in start ups they give money if they like the project of the students

Overall college is good at academics , but campus is small
Learning facilities are quite good , also faculties are highly qualified
Overall good academics and proper mentors and everything

Campus needs to be more spacious , also more facilities neei
As per infrastructure it's over crowded .
Can focus more on practical knowledge , less theory.
