B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) program is the most popular course at Ramdeobaba University, offered in 13 specializations, and also offers a lateral B.E. degree in 12 specializations with total amount of 4.17 lakhs. Ramdeobaba University admission 2025 for B.E. requires 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks (with Physics and Maths). Selection is based on JEE Main, MHT-CET, CUET-UG, or other state CET scores.

To be eligible for B.E admissions, aspiring candidates must be Indian citizens and meet the following criteria:

• Passed HSSC or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology.

• Ramdeobaba University's selection process is primarily entrance-based, considering scores from national and state-level exams such as JEE Main 2025 and MHT-CET 2025.

• For sponsored students, a minimum of 2 years of full-time employment experience is mandatory to be proved.

The students are considered eligible for admissions only if:

• They are Indian nationals.
• Have a bachelor’s degree with 50% in any discipline (relaxation of 5% for backward classes and persons with disability) from a UGC or AIU recognized University.
• Candidate should have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 or graduate level examination.
• Also, the students must qualify MAH-MCA-CET.

How to Apply for RBU?

The students, willing to apply for B.E/M.Tech/MBA/MCA can apply through CAP. The centralized admission process are as follows:

• Notification by State CET Cell and publication of Information brochure.
• Registration by candidates online on the CET Cell website.
• Document verification and confirmation at facilitation Centre (FC)
• Declaration of Merit List by State CET Cell
• An option form to be filled by the candidate (For CAP round I)
• Admission and seat allotment to candidate
• Freeze/Float/slide to be chosen by the candidate
• Reporting to the admission reporting center (ARC) for “Freeze” candidates or Option form filling for float/slide candidates for Next CAP Round
• Reporting to the allotted institute with the required admission fees and official documents.

Note: CAP Quota: 29% of the sanctioned intake and; Minority Quota: 51% of the sanctioned intake is filled through CAP. The institute level admission quota is 20% of the sanctioned intake, admitted through the Institute level Admission Process.
