Best faculty as per me they put there efforts to increase the placement rate also organise extra coding lectures so that students gets expertise in coding
All the benefits we can claim through scholarships and all the benefits college can help by helping put fill out our form of scholarship.
Campus placements give excellent opportunities to students to get high-paid, growth-oriented jobs at a reputed company.

Dislikes

Cybersecurity it's worst teacher don't know about the subject they are teaching.
There is no cricket groud is available in the college which is very disappointing for the students who love cricket.
Hostel facilities are not good in the sense that is admission process is not easy and room availbility is not solvable dayby day.

RBU- You define it.

Likes

The ratio is somewhere around 1:4. The crowd here is okayish and mid.
You get a wide range of people here in the college.
The placements are quite decent but that is okay.

Dislikes

Placements are not very effective for core branches.
College is not a very good place for startups
College has a lot of disciplinary problems.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible to sit in placements from the 7th semester. There are companies which visit our college like accenture ,tcs, amedius, etc. They take up good amount of students. 50% students get placed.

Life at Ramdeobaba college of engineering and management

Likes

Well the professor of our college are the best in business as they have very deep and vast knowledge and they arey always ready to help.
Apart from the faculty the facilities available in the campus like CNC and other machines at our workshops and also the traning given is quite good.
They provide wihr very good placements as well and various internship opportunities are given. Average salary is around 7-8 lpa.

Dislikes

The college doesn't have adequate playing facilities and it would have been more enjoyable experience.
The space of the college is quite less and there are too many people for the present area.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course as a whole is very good and is something that made me choose. Industrial engineering deals with the improvement and optimization of any work we do and it's quite relevant in today's world. What I feel they can improve is the practical part of the course by giving more intemhsip opportunities and love projects.

Trying to improve college's state by adding additional facilities
Have their own startup incubation center
Has a competetive and ragging free environment

Dislikes

Everyday we have parking problems causing lot of chaos
The food provided by college's canteen is not much healthy

IT sector shows growth every year, that's why it was my choice as the curriculum. Provides real world examples and technologies to prepare for the applications and implementations. No need for improvements in curriculum

Likes

The faculty here is supporting and are very eager to help the students.
The overall environment is healthy and promotes excellence.
Alumni network is vast and easy to contact.

Dislikes

Partiality is seen amongst students and faculty.
Some students are way too carefree and won't think about anything else.
The population compared to the space and infrastructure.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario I would say is quite decent and at the end it's if you keep things alligned and do important stuff daily I think it's quite eay to crack and recieve a good placement at the college level.

A review on RCOEM, best private engineering college in Nagpur.

Likes

I liked the culture, teachers, teaching, updated curriculum, management, disciplinary actions and anti ragging environment.
Also i liked the coding environment, students, like minded people around me that bring out competitiveness.
The creativity in organising events and functions is also top notch.

Dislikes

Not much things to dislike can say a little bit of infrastructure, time management
The placement cell , small auditorium, no big ground or cricket.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from 7th semester and even the companies start visiting the college as soon as the 7th semester begins. Few of the companies to name are Nutanix, Amadeus, Softlink, Vconstruct, Fendalh and so on. Almost 90% placement for CS allied branches.

Campus Life,Academics,and Oppotunities

The overall coding culture at our college is superior compared to other colleges in Nagpur
Despite being a private college,it attracts more companies during placemnet,and its reputation is excellent.
The faculty is well -qulified and helpfull,supporting students not only with placements but also with higher studies such as GATE,CAT etc.

Dislikes

The campus is small and fells too congested.
Some sports facilities,such as those for cricket and indoor games ,are neglected and left behind.
Now that it has become a university,the intake is significantly higher,leading to a tremendous number of students within the same small campus.

Placement Experience:

The college placement are execellent ,with students from the 6th semester are allowed to sit for placement.Mass recruiters like TCS,Accenture,IBM offer packages ranging 5-8 Lpa.Companies such as Amazon,Nutranix and LG provide -substantial package of 22 LPA,17-22 LPA,and 37 LPA respectively,with number of offer ranging between 25-30 per year.The highest package do far has been 48 LPA from Fivetran.The 2020 batch achived an impressive placemeent percentage of 90% iin CSE and allied branches,compared to 68-70% in core branches.

The way I look at Ramdeobaba

Likes

The staff of the college is very supportive and helps you in every aspect whether it's acsdemics or related to your personal issues . There are monthly counseling sessions done for students to solve their personal issues or get them out of depression
The academics is quite good .As it is an autonomous college you can get many benefits regarding to academics here .They also have a TATA research incubation centre which helps you opening your startups with various product designing machines .
The college premises are so much clean , they constantly keep cleaning the college. Also you have full freedom in college as compared to other private colleges in Nagpur . You can roam anywhere in college and noone will be going to stop you.

Dislikes

The sports activities seems quite limited. As they don't have any dedicated ground in college for cricket or football. There are 2 volleyball courts , 1 basketball court and a small ground on which they conduct events.
They need to add a big ground in campus for students to play freely.
Most of the classrooms in the old buildings are not having ACs so it's quite difficult in summers. Although there is a new building being built which will have a centralised AC system.

Placement Experience:

The employability is currently low because of the recession. But till I complete my course it'll be recovered. However by hearing from many graduates of this college I can say the employability is quite good .

College's infrastructure was not well until now, they are rebuilding the college. Just now one building "Digital Tower" is built and they are reconstructing things.
Faculty is well experienced in their field
They try to maintain hygiene in hostel and mess, buildings are old but they try to maintain it

Dislikes

Campus area is too small and it is on a slope
Not much college fests are there just study oriented
Placements are going down lately and average package is too.

Placement Experience:

I think from 4th year students are available to sit in campus placements. Company like fivetran , Flipkart, Amazon, etc visit the college. Highest package is 48LPA given to a 2022 pass out student. The average is 3.5LPA . And the average of CS/ IT branch is 8-10 LPA. 90 percent of the students get placed in the placement who are eligible and sit in them. I plan to take placement and do job after it

Likes

Faculty should be changed and campus should develop more.
Mentorship is less experienced we have to do it our own
Social interaction is best there are many clubs and contests to participate.

Dislikes

I dislike teaching experience and placement

Course Curriculum Overview:

Branch courses are there and very helpful it is and other from branch courses some other branch courses also you can do it. Like humanities or any civil course and college is very strict so you have to study hard

A good college for academics focused student

Likes

The academic journey throughout the engineering degree is quite good
The scoring pattern is rewarding as it is graded relatively
The campus environment is strictly disciplined and safe

Dislikes

The campus is overall very small compared to other colleges
There's only one canteen so it's monopoly leads to high price

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very similar to any other college with same courses. It provides basic theory knowledge of the required skills and a entry level practical application of them but only college provided aid is not enough to land a job in real-world.
