The placement scenario at RGIPT is robust, especially for Chemical and Petroleum branches. The highest package offered reaches up to INR 40 lakh per annum, with an average package ranging from INR 9 to 12 lakh per annum. Approximately 70-90% of students secure placements annually. Major recruiters include PSUs such as ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, and numerous private companies like Reliance, Adani, and Shell.

The college also facilitates internships predominantly in PSUs and offers a mandatory industrial internship program. While the placement for tech branches like CSE and ECE is still developing, the average package for these is around INR 9 lakh per annum. Overall, the placement opportunities are commendable, supported by a proactive placement cell and significant involvement of both public and private sector companies.
