The college boasts the highest placement rate in the North Maharashtra Region for six consecutive years. In the past two years, it has facilitated job placements for over 1100 students through campus and off-campus efforts. More than 70 companies, such as TCS, Wipro, Persistence, Data Metica, Capgemini, and Make My House, have participated in recruitment at RCPIT.
These companies also offer internships, with stipends between 5000 and 20000, providing practical experience. The college follows the fee structure by the Maharashtra Government's fee regulatory authority and offers all government scholarships, along with financial aid for academically talented and economically challenged students.
